Absolutely trash. This place used to be great. It is complete garbage now, has been for the last 2 years. Orders are always wrong, food is terrible and cold!

Didn't get served. 1 person in drive through. 1 person must've been on break who stood around the corner for about 45 seconds when I walked in and then decided to come out and sit at a table. Didn't say a word to me. Cook said someone at the counter. Male voice at the window said an inaudible. I get no service. Another person drives through and gets an order. I step away, get my napkins and sauce. Stand back at counter for 1-2 minutes with no service. Cook doesn't look at me or talk to me. Guy at the window didn't speak to me or take my order. I had no service at all and stood there for almost 5 minutes. I asked if I should go to drive through and there was not 1 response. I took my napkins and Inferno sauce and walked out. It must not of meant to be

My quesadilla was burnt and barely had anything cheese or chicken in. Soft tacos were really greasy. But the bean and cheese pretty good, they forgot the green sauce :/ 11/16/2025

Tonight I ordered through the drive thru & she kept telling me she couldn't hear me or understand me. I've ordered there once a week for 19 years, & first time to receive that response. So I raised my voice & spoke very slowly & she started yelling at me not to scream, etc. Excuse me? She just said she couldn't hear & now she was being rude & insolent & disrespectful. After 5 minutes a male voice came on & I asked if he could hear me & he said yes. Could he understand me? & he said yes. But that female made my visit intolerable by continuing to be rude & even verbally abusive. The speaker must need some servicing, but they kept blaming me. Horrible service & terrible attitude & continuing verbal abuse. There are other del tacos to go to -- please find another one. This one on a wed. night is not a place to be in my opinion. Why do these people try to blame us for their own problems? I find these women intolerable. The male had no problem hearing or understanding & was polite & compassionate. But seems to be mostly women on Wed. night. I recommend anywhere else but here on a wed. night.

Decent food, but the some people behind the counter can be very rude. There were 3 people in the restaurant, me included. I took my ticket and waited for my order to be called in a seat near the window. After a while I walk up and see a bag resting on the counter. I ask if it's mine, as I didn't hear the number called. She claimed she called 4 times. She literally saw me order the food and sit down. So she doubled-down with a flippant apology instead...

10/4/2025 = 12:45PM = 3 Star = 1st time in this location branch, when came I'm the 2nd costumer inside and never heard any greetings, when I check my order before I ate , my burger a little messy and my taco fold mess up, quality not good in this location but still a good deal, will try again next time .

I wanted to share my experience and give the biggest shout out to Maria😌she was so sweet today and understanding but professional and completely made my day. I never expected the del taco drove thru to change my attitude about anything but after the way she treated me, I’m sure there is a reason we go through hard times in life..not to mention Del Taco doesn’t use lard, so the food is kind of healthy! Thank you Maria and I’ll see you soon xo
