Spent literally 30 minutes in line (drive through) just to get home to numerous missing items. No kids meal, missing tacos and the rudest customer service. I called numerous times and finally an employee answered. We simply wanted to figure out how to replace our missing items and an employee (male) said “This woman is bugging.” What??!! We spent a decent amount of money and this is what a Del Taco employee says to a customer who is MISSING items? I will try contacting a manager tomorrow regarding this. Sad that people think they can treat customers in such a way nowadays.

Last two times at this Del Taco they messed up my order. Both times shorted chicken soft tacos.

So we made the mistake of trying this location again. This time is cost me. I had a chicken soft taco and fries. It was late, we got food on a whim, and I will regret it deeply forever. The chicken was mushy and cold. I somehow knew I would be sick after eating this garbage. The fries were hard and cold. Not edible. But they always are so no shock there. That night i became violently ill and couldn't get away from the toilet for 3 days. On the 4th day my side started hurting and now I have an infection in my intestine that requires antibiotics and special diet to get rid of it. Thanks del taco for the food poisoning and now dr visits. Sent me to urgent care. WT actual F. They should be shut down. I should be smarter than this. I don't know how they're allowed to continue selling tainted food. They don't make anything fresh. They may make it when it's ordered but it's far from fresh. The fries obviously sit there all day under a warmer and the meat must be kept for weeks until it's all used. It's the grossest most unsafe place ever. Do not eat here unless you want to be sick.
Always get grab from this place but it's been 3 times I order food and the rice is hard. It just ruins the whole eating experience and feels like I'm eating rocks. Do not recommend this location.The hard rice was also found in the 8layer burrito and cali burrito.Will not return to this location

They where quick and it nice and warm. I had their Carbon tacos and the three layer nachos.I noticed that this one had Birria Tacos. The kitchen was a bit messy.
