Review of Domino’s Hiring Process
My experience with Domino’s hiring process has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After applying, it took over a month to get a response. When they finally did contact me, I received three phone calls within a 10-minute window, all from different numbers.
Following that, I got a text message asking if I was still interested in the job, but the person didn’t introduce themselves or confirm if they were the manager. After explaining that I couldn’t meet at their suggested time due to school (which ends at 3:20), they responded with a dismissive “wow” and scheduled the interview for 3:30 on Friday instead.
On Sunday, I texted to ask for the name of the person I was communicating with. I immediately got a call from someone named David, who I’m assuming is the manager. He also tried to reschedule the interview to Thursday, which didn’t work for me, showing a complete disregard for my schedule.
The day of the interview, I rushed to the location after school and arrived at 3:30. I texted David asking where to meet, and he told me to wait until 3:45. He finally showed up around then, which was not respectful of my time.
Now, two weeks after the interview, I still haven’t heard back from Domino’s. I texted David last night to ask for an update, but haven’t received any response. This entire process has been incredibly disrespectful to my time, and I would not recommend applying here based on my experience.

This place will rip you off. Tried to get delivery and my pizzas were almost $45 for 1 large 1 topping and a small 2 topping. Asked what it would cost if I picked it up and it was $22. We are in Leisure World which is one of the largest retirement communities in the country. It seems like they are blatantly overcharging the elderly. No conscience at all
Was suppose to have gotten text message when ready but never did. When I asked an employee as to not getting the text message he just shrugged his shoulders. So I asked what does that mean and he just shrugged his shoulders again and then for a third time. Now i asked for the manager which pretty much just the same response from her. Ordered here a few times before a couple of years ago and it was good. Then changed hands and it when down hill from there. But a bit later things changed a getting some good pizzas. Now what ever happened since then I don't know but its back to "Sucksville".
