Overall it’s a decent Italian spot. They’ve gotten incredibly cheap considering they say they’re “high end”. Charging extra for a side of ranch, charging for tap soda water and incredibly stingy with the fries (I counted 6) with their lunch specials.

Finbar’s Italian in Seal Beach is a hidden gem in OC that nails classic Italian food. The chicken parm boasts a perfectly crisp crust, tender meat and tangy marinara you’ll fight over, and the fettuccine Alfredo is rich, silky and so good it’ll become your new happy place.
