Worthless. Called in a simple order. Went 20 min later to pick up. They said they were working on it. I watched 4 people get sandwiches then asked an eta. They said would you like to cancel we haven't started yet?!?! Wtf??????? Yes. Terrible. Worthless. Never again.

Normally this location is average, but they have really hit rock bottom these couple times we have been there. The sandwiches are not the same, the meat is super skimpy, don't get me started on them counting the bacon, like it's scarce. My husband was at the other store picking up drinks, and I tried to use the coupon for each sandwich, and the idiot Norberto says both people need to be present, and he has very poor communication skills. Hope this improves before you loose all your customers!

This is hands down the BEST jersey Mikes in SoCal.The staff are super friendly and the food is somehow better than every other location.Malachi def needs a raise and his coworker Lexi! So if management sees this, y'all better give them a raise, bonus, or something! The sandwich was fire and it made my night! Def recommend the BLT. Idk what they put on here but it's all so good. 10/10, 5 Star, and very clean facility
This place is the most poorly run store EVER! Every time I order from here they mess up my order. Yes the sandwiches are good, but today put me over the edge. I ordered a pickup order using their website and chose a pickup time 30 min after my order. I arrived at the designated time and they told me my order was not ready. I was a little tight on time as I needed to pick up my kids from school. They told me they were working on my sandwich. After 5 minutes I asked again and they said they were wrapping it up. 10 minutes later and stressed out because now I am running late to pick up my kids from school they hand me the order and I say this isn't my order, this is someone else. Panicked the guy says oh no we gave your order to someone else!!! They offered to make me new sandwiches but at this point I was late to pick up my kids from school and beyond frustrated and needed to leave! He said they would refund my money but I have yet to receive a refund.

If you're already hungry, go somewhere else. By the time you get your food, your stomach will have passed out. The employees are very nice, but will tell you your order will be ready in 3-5 minutes, and 10 minutes later, the guys making the sandwiches are still moving in slow motion and chatting with other employees. Literally, slooooow moooootion. Very frustrating to watch.

This is not to amazing workers at this location , They are all amazing and work hard extremely hard and they keep the business open and running , This is a bad star review as a former employee This is by far the worst franchise , The owners are very very unorganized And unprofessional when it comes to being franchise owners They do not care about the staff and employees They do some unlawful things when it comes to treating employees , Out of my 4 years working for jersey mikes itself , this 5 months or so here working for Pam and Marie I've never felt so undervalued and unheard and they never come around kr check on the employees and also they take your employee meal away to punish us when anyone makes a mistake and threaten us making us feel not comfortable working and they can just take your Postion away and lower your pay without notice is sickening I never worked for a location with this time of behaviorThe franchise owners truly are in it just to make profit off the workers who keep them making money and are the Face of the business , creating culture and customer relationships but they don't care about us. I don't reccomend anyone working here for Pam and Marie , They have 4 locations Anaheim off katellaLa Habra orange and Seal beach Stay away from these location if you want a job Go to another franchise locations

Second time I have been here at varying busy times, and today didn't seem too busy, but a normal lunch rush, with several people behind the counter working, I waited over 15 minutes for my Philly cheesesteak sub to come out of the oven and I had ordered it with extra peppers and onions and had two bites of the sandwich that had any pepper or onion at all. Very disappointing as I normally love this food chain. It is not a cheap 6 inch sub, will not be coming to this location any longer.
