Kabuto Restaurant

I'm staying at the Hampton in right next to this restaurant so I figured I'd try it for dinner and I am glad I did. I ordered the teriyaki chicken box which came with enough for 2 people for a great price. Will be back before I leave.

This eatery offers a casual dining experience for fresh sushi. My son is employed at Boeing adjacent to the restaurant, making it an ideal location for lunch and visits. The restaurant maintains a very clean environment complemented by effective air conditioning. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring that the quality of the food served remains high. I find the portions to be generous on the fresh fish and the rice to fish ratio on the rolls is spot-on and authentic. Did I mention it was Oishii/delicious? I strongly recommend Kabuto.

I was in the area and looking for sushi I found this place on Google Maps so I decided to try it the food was average but there was nothing negative about it

Love the Dragon bowl. Delicious, fresh beef and chicken served over fluffy rice. Served with veggies and edamame. Teriyaki sauce is some of the best I've had. This place also has really good rolls too.

Wish this a small real Japanese restaurant will be open on weekends. Came here on Friday a few months ago. It was amazing real sushi, sake, atmosphere. Food is fresh and real!

I'm not a fan the food taste, portions, and menu options. Customer service was severely lacking.

Dietary restrictions: No options to customize order. The lady at the counter, Noriko, will just tell you they can't do that.
