Mako Ramen

My Food was very good and the waitress was very nice. Prices were fair. My wife had the salmon bento. She said the fish taste wasn't there..said it was like eating water..no taste.

First time I ordered from this place. I was looking for ramen, but when I open the website, my eyes got caught by the Mango salad, and that's what I ordered instead. When I got my order it did not disappointed me. Ingredients were so fresh and appealing, the dressing were really good and chicken was tender. It was so delicious. I think I found my new favorite spot. I am looking forward to try more items of the menu.

Everything was great. Food was as I expected. Got it to go. Only wish I had not forgot to ask for the amazing chili sauce to top it off. But this always cures my craving and never disappoints!

Everything tastes great. They have gluten free options and riceless sushi. You can ask for togarashi or chili oil if you want something spicy. I recommend Tonkotsu for ramen, the baked ramen roll and of course the curry is so good.

Nothing to write home about. Food was descent. Dishes seemed to be around 5-6 bucks over priced for what you get

I hate to have to write this review , since this was our go to for Ramen. We went in and sat down per the sign now keep in mind they were closing In 30 minutes. Usually means that restaurants will still seat until said time. The waitress was so rude to my wife and myself, she said we close in 30 minutes and we only are doing To go orders. She the. Ignored us the rest of the time and got upset trust she brought us out to go order . Seems like since the merge between them and the Bamboo grill ( which was horrible and over priced ) the service went down. I guess we will be looking for a new ramen spot. Three stars are generous from before the merger with the bamboo grill.

We literally just had dinner here and it was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Very confused how the young lady working here was hired when she looks so unwelcoming, rude and no customer service skill at all.

1. We asked her to give us few mins to look at the menu. She was nowhere to be found for more than 15 mins.

2. She took our order without writing it down. Sure must have great memory. 20 mins later all our orders came except the ramen. We waited a little more but yeah SHE FORGOT.

3. Just plain rude. Just the attitude that makes you just want to take your food out.

We went here before with an amazing service and food and even recommended to friends and family. After today NEVER COMING BACK.
