Well the ramen was great. Broth was flavorful. I didn’t encounter any of the issues or complaints from other bad reviews.
The Karage was as good as it gets. Salad has great dressing.
I would say consistency is the Key, even on slow days. That is my recommendation for the restaurant. Keep it up.

The service was quite good, but I cannot recommend this ramen. The pork is too chewy and the fat should be more melty. The pork also seems pretty flavorless. The broth wasn't rich enough. It wasn't too far off, but it needs to be richer. I can't give any feedback on the noodles, because I simply can't tell the difference. I would need a side by side comparison. Overall I wouldn't say anything I ate tasted bad, but when I compare this to my favorite...

Miso ramen was flavorful enough. Tuna on crispy rice YUM.
Poke was OK--maybe ditch the mayo & pool of soy sauce.
Service terrific. Sat 3:45 PM meal.
May Mako Ramen thrive through 2025 & 2026 (brace for it, America).
