When you go somewhere a long time. Spend almost $20 and leave fighting with a manager over her not just giving cream cheese for a bagel 👋 you just lost my business. Been in restaurant industry and obviously there is a mix up what I always order. Just take the hit on it and make the customer happy 🤦♀️ you guys here are awful. And you aren't getting a dime out of me cause in situations like that. She should have done the right thing the second I didn't even take half the food I ordered, asking for the cream cheese with the bagel. Instead lost a lot of business cause she didn't want be nice. And I’m still hungry cause I didn't even eat everything i just spent money. Good bye! Hope it's worth it

Place smells funky, food tasted old. I been to a few Panera bread places and this is the worse on my opinion. Definitely recommend cleaning the place and checking where the smell comes from.

Atmosphere dreary and dingy, I understand it's a landmark building and there's only so much you can do, but the place badly needs to be refurbished inside, isn't that well cleaned, and has orders I don't care for especially when I'm eating there.
