It was a good ice cream and very delicious! I ordered mint chocolate chip and pistachio. It's not too sweet and very good. The pistachio had a very strong and rich flavor! The cappuccino had a very nice aroma, but I personally felt it had a strong sour taste, perhaps because the beans were lightly roasted. I would be happy if the acidity could be reduced a little. This is an amazing ice cream shop: in fact, it is one of our most favorite places to have ice cream. Paradis ice-cream flavor is phenomenal, light and rich in flavor. We love all of their flavors. This location was recently remodeled and it looks so inviting! Love their staff!
