This is the best place for fried chicken in beautiful Seal beach. Inside or outside dining. Perfect location on main Street. Excellent customer service. Fried chicken is thoroughly and well cooked, superbly seasoned, nice crunch and far from dry...yummy! Mashed potatoes were good, a little on the sour side. Gravy...so so good! BBQ sauce...mmmm!!! Saving the best for last...the cole slaw...wow!!! They use pineapple juice not sugar so its refreshing and just tastes wonderful. I love this place! There's also a bar. Bathroom is super clean! My only tiff is that its a bit pricey but hey, you get what you pay for and what isn't pricey these days! It is truly worth every penny! Honestly, I have no complaints! I am craving to go back! I am so happy this place is at my favorite beach! Have a nice lunch with some drinks...they have a bar?, go walk the pier, watch the sunset, do a little shopping, grab some ice cream, listen to live music on the pier! Nothings sets a day out like a great meal! You won't be disappointed...see pics for menu and ambiance.

We ordered chicken strip , mac n cheese, mash potatoes with gravy, corn on the cob, 1/2 turkey melt sandwich with cup of chili 3pc leg n thigh and chicken soup. I will mention that the chicken soup was good, it was actually HOT and had good flavor, the chili on the other hand wasn't even warm and didn't come with onions as advertised so it was blan and cold. The macncheese was soo overcooked and bland that if you were blind folded you'd think you were eating unseasoned creamy mashed potatoes, it was gross. The mashed potatoes and gravy lacked seasoning. The chicken strips were just basic frozen chicken you'd get on any kids menu at a fast food chain..the corn on the cob was AWFUL, it was mushy and bitter meaning it comes in frozen and just left to bathe in hot water for hours or it could be fresh but it's been reheated from the day before...also they don't give you actual butter they give you margarin which is this whitish bland oily taste and texture, super weird to serve that with corn or anything besides trying to save on cost even though 2 half cobs is around $4...the half turkey sandwich was good, basic, nothing fancy or different about it, same sandwich we can all make at home. The chicken pieces were again, unseasoned..no taste from the breading and even less from the chicken itself. It all was very mediocre, you'd have a better experience at chik filet or popeyes and save a couple $$ too.I reached out to the restaurant later that day via phone call to discuss our experience because they had closed their doors as they mentioned at 3 and i spoke to 2 different hosts and they mentioned they'd forward my info to the owner for a refund or to come back again for a 2nd try but it's been a week and I still haven't heard back. I called today and was given her phone # I called and left a message with no response. So I'm just gonna leave it at that and I hope this review helps anyone interested in going.*update* I was able to speak to the owner via text 2 weeks ago and was told I'd receive a refund...well it still has not processed even after reaching out to the owner on 3 different occasions, im told each time " it's processing"... so if you eat there, & your experience is anything like mines..try to get your refund while you're still at the restaurant or you'll never see it.

First time visiting this establishment since it changed to fried chicken. Not too shabby of an experience. The chicken was crispy and tender, not greasy, which is a real plus. I found the fries could have used a touch longer in the frier to achieve the well done aspect, but overall pretty tasty. I liked the BBQ sauce, and the idea you could order the chicken naked and add your own level of sauce. Service was friendly and laid back.

We had heard about SB Chicken CO., so drive over from Belmont Shore to check it out for dinner tonight. My husband is a fried chicken connoisseur and he loved it!! I had the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries and my meal was delicious. Our waitress was awesome! She made us feel very welcome and the service was excellent. It is the perfect place to have a family dinner, a casual dinner for 2 or get take out for a picnic on the beach. This sure to become your favorite place. Oh, and if you prefer burgers, those are on the menu, too!

Very good. Service was very friendly and attentive. Spicy Chicken sandwich isn't spicy, but does have a zing. Good fries and onion rings. All very filling and not greasy or oily. Looking forward to going back to try something else.
Salsa is the best!! Chicken was hot and fresh. Found a spot outside since we had the dogs. They have a small parking area available and we got lucky.

Literally such a great place. I got the 3 wings and they were so tender and moist and delicious. Came with two big sides so it was a great deal and I love their sweet potato fries- 10/10 would recommend.
