So so good! Love the super fresh fish, fun and interesting (but not fussy) preparations, and really great list of "unsung heroes" for weeknight (or lunch) wines. We've tried at least 7 dishes in 2 visits and everything was solid!

Wow, absolutely amazing!!! People say priced high, however, the quality of the fish is well worth it!!!! The crudo is da bomb as the server said, and yep did not disappoint. I will make this my new weekly go to.

Food and service were great. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive, especially Johnny our server and barman. All the dishes we had were terrific, fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. Possibly the best calamari I've ever eaten! Ambience was nice and parking was good though I imagine it gets pretty crowded on the weekend with Pavilions just across the parking lot.

My husband & our friends tried Seal Beach Fish Company tonight. We had a great experience! The restaurant was very clean with a casual vibe. The food was excellent I had the fish tacos & our friends had the fish sandwich. Our server was Johnny he was very friendly & attentive. I would highly recommend the Seal Beach Fish Co.

Out for a walk tonight and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Super friendly hostess out front gave us all the details and recommendations on the menu. We took home a King Salmon dinner, chowder and edame. Absolutely outstanding. Juicy fresh salmon with a side of some amazing secret sauce. Chowder rivaled any I've had on the west coast. Definitely going back.

Freshly line caught fish prepared on site. We highly recommend the Halibut sandwich (picture attached). Tasted incredible.

The problem was the fish (Halibut): it wasn't cooked right. After some patter about "local fishermen" and fresh, the headline fish of the day was Alaskan Salmon, presumably provided by that local fisherman Alaska Airlines. I do have to say the Calamari appetizer was fine - tentacles and all, not some processed thing and was cooked to a crisp with nice sauces on the side. The sides with the fish dinner were top notch, nice fries and broccolini. But the halibut was way overcooked. It might have been inevitable given that it was a thin cut and they obviously like grill marks. My wife's seared ahi wasn't great but wasn't that bad. Nice ambiance, Expensive for what you get, and maybe not bad as long as you avoid the fish main course. Service was confused between three servers, but prompt.

Wow! That halibut with chimichurri, truffle fries & cucumber salad were excellent!!! A bit pricey but the quality was superb. Highly recommend!

Amazing! That’s definitely the word to describe this restaurant. The most incredible sashimi I’ve ever had, super fresh and delicious! They have their own fisherman to supply daily for their fish and seafood, if you care about food freshness and quality, highly recommend you to go and try!

Surprisingly good, not that I had low expectations but there’s lots of good seafood around so I didn’t think it would stand out as much as it did. Super fresh! You can taste the difference. We normally get Bear Flag but this is way better. Aside from the seafood itself, all the flavors and other ingredients are top notch. It is pricier than other similar types of restaurants but you really get what you pay for. Which is good to know given so much seafood is industrially net caught and frozen.
