Really impressed by everyone in this store. Such an upgrade in cafe vibes!

EASILY my favorite Starbucks. Been going here for years and service keeps getting better! I drive 20 mins just to work here and meet colleagues. It's got a really great vibe and customers are awesome as well.

Shout out to Hector and Jack who made me feel welcomed today!

When I ordered my 2nd matcha drink, Hector asked me if I wanted a cup of water as well. I was actually pretty dehydrated but so focused on work that I forgot I wasn't drinking water. Very empathetic or at least his mental calculus was on point!!

This is my typical stop for a quick coffee and a bite. Their drinks are always delicious, and I especially enjoy their pastries. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, which makes the experience even better.

I don't even know how the Starbucks corporate trust this employees they are extremely rude on professional one was picking her nose when I walked in I didn't want to say anything and she right away started handling food I told him I see rat feces under the wall she left about it and told me that's okay this is why Starbucks food tastes good. I will be calling the Health Department first thing in the morning

The best Starbucks in the area. Coffee served in porcelain cups, not in paper cups. Lots of sitting space inside and outside. Restrooms without codes. Soft music. Clean. And the coffee tastes good!

Caramel Frappuccino extra extra extra extra caramel. When I told the Barista that my order was incorrect that I wanted extra extra caramel * 4 and I let him know politely that I don't go to Starbucks often and he was like oh the pumps and I was like well the caramel and he's like well that would be 16 times and I was like whatever I want extra caramel LOL He did 16 pumps of the caramel flavor ? Not the same at all. I normally have a big pile of caramel sitting at the bottom of my drink, that's why I go to Starbucks. I'm in it for the caramel. I expressed to him there must have been some confusion it was odd because he didn't offer to correct my drink but there was confusion with the gal before me and he let her not only keep her drink and offered to corrected it. Sooo just saying I don't know what that was about. I don't like to give poor reviews, but this is the first time I've ever been to this Starbucks, and I'm not sure that I would go again. I was as polite as I could be without saying hey can you fix my drink that's completely wrong LOL but that's not what happened so hopefully Starbucks can take this information and utilize it to correct any errors that are made. For all customers, not just specific ones.
