I decided to treat myself to a latte a couple of days ago. I went into this location and ordered the drink as a decaf due to a heart condition that I have. I reiterated several times that the coffee MUST be decaffeinated due to my heart condition. It took a long time to get my drink for some reason, so by the time I got my drink I said “thank you” and left because I didn’t want to be late for work. After a few minutes of drinking my coffee my heart started to pound. I looked at the print out on the cup and realized that they gave me a caffeinated coffee!! I had to throw the drink away! This is completely irresponsible as this could have had consequences for my heart!!! I am livid still!! What does it take for these employees to LISTEN??? Every time I give Starbucks a chance they somehow screw up my order. This review will go unnoticed and unanswered because this company does NOT care. I will only frequent small business coffee houses because they always listen and honor my request!

This is my favorite Starbucks location! I always go in super early morning before my work day. My order is always correct, to standard, and the baristas go above and beyond to be kind and personable at the window. I genuinely haven’t had a bad experience here, different day parts included as well.

Made the worst starbucks iced shaken espresso ever. Asked to remake my drink and they made it even worse the second time. Couldn’t even say anything looks like they don’t know how to make iced shaken espresso or they did it deliberately the second time

EASILY my favorite Starbucks. Been going here for years and service keeps getting better! I drive 20 mins just to work here and meet colleagues. It's got a really great vibe and customers are awesome as well.

When I ordered my 2nd matcha drink, Hector asked me if I wanted a cup of water as well. I was actually pretty dehydrated but so focused on work that I forgot I wasn't drinking water. Very empathetic or at least his mental calculus was on point!!

I don't even know how the Starbucks corporate trust this employees they are extremely rude on professional one was picking her nose when I walked in I didn't want to say anything and she right away started handling food I told him I see rat feces under the wall she left about it and told me that's okay this is why Starbucks food tastes good. I will be calling the Health Department first thing in the morning

The best Starbucks in the area. Coffee served in porcelain cups, not in paper cups. Lots of sitting space inside and outside. Restrooms without codes. Soft music. Clean. And the coffee tastes good!
