Very friendly baristas. They went out of their way to be helpful. And they remembered my name which is amazing. When one of them went to take the trash out he said hi Jim hope you’re doing great. Very friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair route into Starbucks main entrance. The door does have to be open by hand but shouldn’t be a problem.

Let me start by saying that most of my family and friends I know love Starbucks every time we travel to visit friends and family or family comes to visit us Starbucks comes to our mind and we make it part of our fun. I am doing this review because we have never in the years have visited Starbucks have been mistreated like we were yesterday at the seal beach location at the town center. We actually did not have plans to visit this location but because my 83 year old mother in law loves Starbucks as well…. she actually offer to buy a couple of Venti Caramel Frappuccinos and since we were charging our car at the electrify America location across street it seemed like perfect opportunity to enjoy a delicious drink! Our order was taken quick but as we waited for our drinks we realized they were taken longer than usual, we were not called since they did not put our name on the cups when we approached the counter we realized that the drinks had been sitting there there all along of course when took them and tried them the flavor was not the best as if it was freshly served and of course with crushed ice and super cold. When we returned about 2 minutes later and asked if the could be remade we encountered by negative attitudes and just blaming us for not picking up the drinks as soon as the were made ( we never knew they were ready) do you think anyone wants to waste time on purpose these days? We are so busy with our lives that wasting time is not our priority. My wife had asked them please remake again and they only chose to change one, when I found out I went back and asked again to remake or give me my money back! Again no one I am sorry for the miscommunication and blame my wife saying that she only asked for one to be changed. I had the staff member not take responsibility and continued to blame us so I raise my voice to speak over the staff member since all she did was to argue and make a point that is was our fault. It got a point that another guest was asking me to stop as I was trying to get my refund ( I never looked back a the lady the kept talking with out know the other side of the story) …. and make the person staff member that all it would took is to remake the drinks and impress us with compassion and understanding of the situation and genuine care of your guests. We paid for two and took one luckily my 83 year mother in law got her wish to enjoy a delicious Starbucks drink. I left the location not mad but sad and disappointed that young staff members does not understand the basics of taking care of your guests.

I was shopping at the Target in Seal Beach, and went to buy a few coffee cups & drinks at the Starbucks inside the Target store. I was so impressed w how dedicated, friendly & professional Ruby, the Barista is. She was so helpful! She went out of her way to help & showed me how to use my Starbucks' App to get the discounts and points! I hope she gets acknowledged. I know the holidays can be hectic and busy, yet she took the time to assist me. Thank you!

I came in for a drink and the short/white female barista had the worst attitude. I felt like I did something wrong when all I asked for was a drink. She was cutting me off and raising her voice trying to make me feel dumb when it could’ve been a simple transaction. I try to be nice to workers because I know what it’s like working in customer service but that was the worst experience ever and she didn’t even try to hide it. I come to this Starbucks quite often and she just ruined it for me. She might have the been lead or the manager and if that’s the case, that’s very unprofessional of her. All these negative reviews and they still haven’t done anything so far about their staff, at least the male workers were nice and cheerful.

I went in today at about 1130 am to exchange a cold brew my mom didn't like, as soon as I mentioned I wanted to have them redo the drink the two girl employees who approached me said " we can't do that because you didn't purchase it at this location " and then the short white girl proceeded to tell me " we don't have cold brew here" , I said you dont?? as I looked up at the menu that lists cold brews". She said "no" and then told me they are not affiliated with the other starbucks at target and ralphs so they cant do redos. And shooshed me away basically. If this establishment doesn't do redo from another starbucks, fine but she didn't have to not only he rude, but try and play me for a fool and tell me " they don't have cold brew" like I'm sort of inferior idiot. I will never go back there. They need to train their employees to be polite and try not make their guests feel stupid.

GEEZ THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT KIDDING WHEN THEY SAY THERE ARE SOME RUDE A$$ EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION! I went in about 1130 am this morning to exchange a cold brew for my mom. If this establishment does not do redos bcuz of their policy that's fine, but she didn't not only have to be rude about it but try and play me for a fool telling me they don't sell cold brews like I'm some kind of idiot. She basically shooshed me away as if I was a bother to her. I've never had such rude service AT ANY starbucks in my 20 years of getting my drinks at this business. I wish I knew her name to report her snooty butt. I will never come here again despite it being my closest location. This looks horrible on Starbucks name and what they stand for. My daughter works at a starbucks and she is disgusted and appalled to hear of such. Horrible customer service. Bad bad bad.

We love Starbucks. Have Starbucks every day. This location is horrible though! They made my husbands order (a very simple cappuccino) wrong and after asking for a little bit more milk he got a terrible and RUDE response from 3 girls working there. Where is the time that Starbucks makes the drink you want? Not in this location

My daughter left her backpack purse on a table at this location on 7/8/23. She didn't realize it until she was at her destination in San Diego. Her boyfriend called and someone had turned it in. The employees put it in a safe location until her boyfriend picked it up the morning of 7/9/23. Nothing was missing. Just want to commend all the employees at this location for their honesty.

Takes 10 minutes to finally get helped. All I asked for was 2 crossiants heated and got 2 plain bagels. Customer service was lacking at my visit to Starbucks today and I will never spend money here ever again.

The service was good and the workers were very polite. They were helpful when taking my order and were knowledgable in the type of coffee I was ordering. Their coffee was amazing. Glad I came here for coffee.

This location in Seal Beach is so bad. First I am waiting to order for almost 10 minutes and I was second in line. Then I clearly stated my order two times and the person still did not get it so I had to say again. Lastly, there were 4 people behind the counter, 3 making drinks and one raking orders and I still waited over 10 minutes for my drink.The baristas were forgetting orders and making them wrong. It was a joke. It was not super busy, it was just bad coordination of the work crew.I don't know if I will come here again as I was only here because I came to a certain store in the area.Hope they get better

I’m not one to write reviews but Eric was just an above and beyond worker. He deserves all the recognition. I ordered my drink and while I was waiting, a customer had spilled her drink and he immediately asked his coworker to help her clean the spill and then let her know that he was already making her another drink without her having to ask. Then when my drink was ready, he informed me that he spilled some on the side of my cup so he double-cupped my drink which I thought was very thoughtful so that I wouldn’t get dirty. It’s the little things that make the world of a difference. Kudos to Eric, keep doing an amazing job!

VERY RUDE Barista, I ordered hot chocolate with no foam no whipped cream, received with foam and let her know, her answer just throw it away, then she was upset with no reason while make the new own, throwing cup and things on the sink making noise. Shockingly said GO AWAY!! thinking that me and my friend didn't hear it while we were chatting by the pick up area. My replied, what's going on with you and she said I'm working and Have a good day with a sarcastic tone. I said really, we are not going have a nice day after how you treat customer. The other barista (a guy) next to her apologized and said sorry that it is not appropriate and she should not do that meanwhile she just continue working kept rolling her eyes. She didn't make my friend order instead the other guy made the order. My friend called the store manager and gave her name and he said she is new. Later we sat outside, another barista finished her shift approaches us and apologize, and said she is not new, she is one of SHIFT LEAD, wow that make us believe no wonder the other barista just keep quite and let her what she did. I go to this location quite often and very disappointed on lack of respect and BAD experience. Hopefully the management will take action to correct and improve service.

Love the new location! The staffs and hospitality are the same. Just a better location. Very cozy inside, but there are outdoor seating available too!
