I was going to add cold foam because I love it and she suggested I try it without. I usually always get the same order but this location didn't have what I regularly get.Anyways She was great. This Starbucks is very relaxed; no lined, no waiting, plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The outdoor area is shaded and spacious. Starbucks coffee doesn’t need my review, but the Pink Drink is tasty, smooth, and refreshing. We received a very nice welcome from Laynn and Bryan. Thanks guys???

Bianca lacks custom service here. Be careful when ordering from her. She also extra charges ....which is weird and rude in my opinion especially when I come and get the same thing from other workers that work here and from different locations. I mean yeah it's only a dollar more but still a dollar extra charge seems unnecessary when I order the same thing. She claims her rudeness on having a bad day and with my empathy and letting her know to have a better one, she never even thanked me. But I've ordered from her now multiple times and receiving that vibe just isn't the best, especially to start my morning. Maybe ill give another chance to this location and hope that after her seeing this, she'll understand that her vibe carries to customers. If not there's one a minute away in the same center which I will most likely go to now.

There are always a lot of older people in the store or in line, but this Starbucks makes some good drinks, and the employees are pretty friendly. It also always looks nice and clean, which I can appreciate. However, there is, unfortunately, no seating, but I'm usually on my way out from shopping anyway. Plus it's usually not busy because of the other stores nearby, very convenient.

This Starbucks is close to the Ayres Hotel, Seal Beach, CA. Love the coffee drinks. Service is fast and easy to park. Quick stop before hitting the road.

I'm guessing all the 5 star ratings for this Starbucks location are due to actually getting service. I walked up to this Starbucks with the intention of spending money here and getting multiple drinks. Left empty handed. When I got closer to the Starbucks counter, the lady working behind the counter abruptly left saying loudly, "I'm clocking out!" After she left, I looked around and said, "Is anybody here?" Nobody was behind the counter and nobody answered, so I started to leave. Suddenly, the Starbucks employee that was supposed to be behind the counter started saying something to me. However, the Starbucks employee wasn't near the counter or behind the counter. They were sitting in one of the mobile scooters for disabled shoppers near the exit of the store! What a joke! After the horrible experience I just had at the checkout of Ralphs (read my review, you won't believe it!), this was the icing on the cake for the morning! Will never be returning to this Starbucks or Ralphs location! WOW!
