Absolutely blown away by my recent visit to the Subway in Seal Beach! The store just got a brand-new paint job, and it looks incredible—fresh, modern, and super inviting. You can really feel the pride in the space the moment you walk in.
On top of the great new look, the customer service was top-notch. The team was friendly, fast, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. My sandwich was made just the way I like it, and the staff even took the time to offer suggestions and make sure I was happy with my meal.
It’s clear this location is raising the bar. Clean, stylish, and run by a team that truly gets what great service is all about. Seal Beach just got a major upgrade—can’t wait to come back!

I asked for no cheese because I’m allergic and they placed it on my sandwich. I did online order. Restaurant will not answer their phone it goes straight to a voicemail. I eat subway a few times a month. And this is the second time they’ve done this.

Terrible attention in this place. There was a girl serving when I arrived and when she finished serving the person she was serving, without explanation, she walked in and then went out to get her son-in-law drinking and he just looked at me and continued inside without serving me. I waited a couple more minutes to see if he would receive my order and he unkindly asked another person to leave and he did not attend to me either. Will it be racism? Because we have to continue allowing this!

This establishment gives the impression that they freshly slice the meat.....they do, but you will never see them do it. It is not freshly sliced when you order.

Between y'all closing early, the tattered/sun bleached awning and the 4 foot tall weeds out front, I thought you guys had completely closed for business. There's plenty of other places to grab a quick bite in Seal Beach that actually care about their image and it's reflection on the community. Clean up your act- you are bringing down the neighborhood.
