Terrible attention in this place. There was a girl serving when I arrived and when she finished serving the person she was serving, without explanation, she walked in and then went out to get her son-in-law drinking and he just looked at me and continued inside without serving me. I waited a couple more minutes to see if he would receive my order and he unkindly asked another person to leave and he did not attend to me either. Will it be racism? Because we have to continue allowing this!

I honestly do not understand the negative press this Subway is getting. Blows my mind. They have always been the nicest staff, the same owner/manager lady for years. She's in there all the time, working hard. AND is nice! Never had a problem with them fixing my order in the rare rare rare time or two that it's been messed up. They always give me extra extra extra veggies and never make me stop. They microwave the cookies for you. They take special custom orders in sandwiches. Seriously... it sounds like people are coming in here READY to start some shit. Maybe you had a bad day or something... but no need to come spread lies about this subway lol. There are so many subways that are absolute garbage - please don't trash this one. The only one better is over in Los alamitos by the highschool - because they still have the pastrami! Thanks for coming to my ted talk. This subway rocks.

This establishment gives the impression that they freshly slice the meat.....they do, but you will never see them do it. It is not freshly sliced when you order.

Between y'all closing early, the tattered/sun bleached awning and the 4 foot tall weeds out front, I thought you guys had completely closed for business. There's plenty of other places to grab a quick bite in Seal Beach that actually care about their image and it's reflection on the community. Clean up your act- you are bringing down the neighborhood.

They don't honor their coupons. The worst part is they stopped accepting EBT which is terrible because everyone thinks they accept it. They say they accept EBT on their website then when you come here they refuse it. I think they lie about coupons and stuff to get you in the door and since you're already there you give into buying. Staff here are very, very nice so I feel bad about leaving this honest, yet neutral review. Food seems a bit like it could be fresher? But that's all subways to be honest. And as far as the staff being sanitary, I mean I honestly don't know. I see the previous reviews so I am low key concerned, but before that I'm not sure. At least they wear gloves. Overall, food is decent and edible. Much cleaner than some places but could be better. Customer service is actually great in my opinion, everyone's nice. To make it 3 stars or higher I would just honor your coupons or have more coupons, stop the false advertisements (i.e EBT), and be more sanitary. Otherwise, great customer service and decent food!

None of the Subway's in Seal Beach accept EBT

Why does Subway send out flyers in Seal Beach, when the only 2 subways in Seal Beach, (yours on PCH, and the other on Seal Beach Blvd at Westminister) DO NOT HONOR YOUR OWN COUPONS & FLYERS ONLINE ? Makes no sense to advertise all these specials In Seal Beach and when you go to order the coupon code online from the monthly Subway flyer, it says this location is not participating in this promotion. They used to honor these, I have not been there in the last year since they quit honoring their own flyer !!

I ordered through Grub Hub. This location gave option of Herb and cheese bread for extra pay because I didn't want the flat bread. Owner said she didn't get the notes from Grub Hub. Receipt showed it was Herb and Cheese bread request. She didn't honor any of it and did Not replace the order. I used to be a patron here. Not anymore! They rather lose a customer than correct their error. Not recommending this location.
