I placed an online order and this cheap subway does not have its phone working. The order got canceled and voided while I was driving out there and I couldn’t call the store to verify what was going on because their phone wasn’t working. Why do business like this even operate?

Unfortunately I can't not give rate food or atmosphere because they closed 10 min before actual store time. I arrived at 750 they locked doors already. Being a truck driver i depend on places being open when they say they are open. But ohh well there goes my business.

I was hungry and wanted a meaty sandwich so I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and quickly remembered why I never go to subway. I could hardly see or taste the very thin layer of meat!! all I tasted was vegetables. This place will charge you $14 to disappoint and then wonder why their business model is failing.
thanks for the vegi sandwich, I'll be sure to go to Jersey Mike's next time. They actually give you a good sandwich!

In terms of taste, Jersey Mike’s is significantly superior. While Subway offers slightly lower prices, the value is compromised due to the reduced quantity of food per dollar spent.

Gave 2 stars because footlong sub had a couple of slices of meat and a ton of lettuce and other veggies. At $13 I expected better. Maybe isolated but I don't think so. Always cheating the customer. Won't go back to this store.

A Very Rude employee - the lady with Bad English so rude ? I just asked for bell peppers, onions, and banana peppers. (She put just a tiny amount) I asked if I could get more peppers since I got nothing else ( No Cheese - No Meat ! Nothing else ) she said “She said she was going to charge me extra for extra peppers - and she did!!!!!! Didn’t put oil or vinegar or Salt and pepper! Just wrapped it ant grew it on counter ! Unbelievable

I was at this location at 0715. I was not going to be able to get off base for lunch so I decided to stop by to prepare myself for the afternoon. The sign and the web specifically states its open for business at 0700 but the employee was just setting up so I gave it a couple minutes bc she'd seen me standing outside. After waiting I knocked and she just turned around and rudely just gave me the "slit the throat" signal..assuming she meant they're closed. Well I could be more understanding and possibly wait a couple more minutes if she kindly and simply acknowledged that she was late to open or if the times are incorrect then it should be updated. Needless to say I left without a lunch and with a rude gesture from this place which if she'd eventually opened up I'm not sure if like to be serviced by her.

So I ordered a sandwich online and they missed 3 different veggies that I wanted in my sandwich. I called back for them to redo my sandwich and they said no because I took 1 bite from it. The only reason I took one bite just to see if I could still enjoy the sandwitch so I didn’t have to complain. But it was very terrible and didn’t taste like I wanted it to taste. I’m disappointed in there service.

I was here last approximately 2 months ago at around 5pm on the weekend. I waited for almost 45 minutes to be served. There was one employee in the store. I returned today and are in the same predicament. The same employee serving a long line of people. I’m thinking that the service gets better as time rolls on. At what point does management step in and show that they care. This is not putting the customer first.

The employee preparing sandwiches this evening (July 1, 2023) decided he would not serve any customers after 7:35, despite the fact that the store was supposed to be open for business until 8:00pm. He said he had other things he needed to do to get ready to close by 8:00 pm. He was quite rude and turned away three customers who entered the shop after 7:35pm!
