A Very Rude employee - the lady with Bad English so rude ? I just asked for bell peppers, onions, and banana peppers. (She put just a tiny amount) I asked if I could get more peppers since I got nothing else ( No Cheese - No Meat ! Nothing else ) she said “She said she was going to charge me extra for extra peppers - and she did!!!!!! Didn’t put oil or vinegar or Salt and pepper! Just wrapped it ant grew it on counter ! Unbelievable

I was discriminated against today at this location. I was refused service. For catering I usually wait between 15-20 minutes while they make the sandwiches at other locations. However, here I was told to make an order 3-2 days ahead which sounds unreasonable since it's not the first time I buy sandwiches for 10 people. They looked at me very judgmental and it was very uncomfortable and felt even out of place. This has never happened to me but unfortunately today it happened; they racially profiled me and my two kids. This is a very bad location to go to if you are LATINO (BROWN)

I was at this location at 0715. I was not going to be able to get off base for lunch so I decided to stop by to prepare myself for the afternoon. The sign and the web specifically states its open for business at 0700 but the employee was just setting up so I gave it a couple minutes bc she'd seen me standing outside. After waiting I knocked and she just turned around and rudely just gave me the "slit the throat" signal..assuming she meant they're closed. Well I could be more understanding and possibly wait a couple more minutes if she kindly and simply acknowledged that she was late to open or if the times are incorrect then it should be updated. Needless to say I left without a lunch and with a rude gesture from this place which if she'd eventually opened up I'm not sure if like to be serviced by her.

So I ordered a sandwich online and they missed 3 different veggies that I wanted in my sandwich. I called back for them to redo my sandwich and they said no because I took 1 bite from it. The only reason I took one bite just to see if I could still enjoy the sandwitch so I didn’t have to complain. But it was very terrible and didn’t taste like I wanted it to taste. I’m disappointed in there service.

I was here last approximately 2 months ago at around 5pm on the weekend. I waited for almost 45 minutes to be served. There was one employee in the store. I returned today and are in the same predicament. The same employee serving a long line of people. I’m thinking that the service gets better as time rolls on. At what point does management step in and show that they care. This is not putting the customer first.

The employee preparing sandwiches this evening (July 1, 2023) decided he would not serve any customers after 7:35, despite the fact that the store was supposed to be open for business until 8:00pm. He said he had other things he needed to do to get ready to close by 8:00 pm. He was quite rude and turned away three customers who entered the shop after 7:35pm!

SEAL BEACH SUBWAYThis was my first time ordering online and picking up and it will be my last! I need to be in the store to SEE what items they are putting on my sandwiches as tonight they were horrible.I requested Curbside pick up as I wasn't feeling great and my pick-up time said 6PM. I arrived at 6:02PM and when I clicked on "I'm Here" the message popped up saying "Your pick-up time has expired" Seriously??? 2 minutes late and no bringing out the order! Since I had already paid I went in to get the sandwiches.These were the WORST steak and cheese sandwiches we have ever had from Subway. it had been months since we had gone there as the last experience wasn't great but we thought we've give them another shot. The Italian bread was NOT toasted per my request however it was completely dried out like it had been sitting out all day or it was a day or two old! I seriously couldn't even tear it off on the ends! There was only half of the steak they usually put on it and the tomatoes were the END parts and Green! The spinach looked like bugs had eaten it so it totally grossed me out!!!!!

Sorry Subway. You can't serve STALE DAY OLD BREAD. The bread is not everything, but it differentiates a good sandwich from a bad one.Your pennywise dollar foolish style of not tossing the bread out at end of shift is catching up with your business!

Who is the manager at this location? They need to do a serious look at their employees and retrain every single one of them. When you turn around multiple customers due to their online orders being delayed and still manage to not take care of the line out the door then there is an issue. Close the place down or train your staff properly.

I come here often because its so close to my job, but the last 3 or 4 times I waited at least 20 minutes because they only have 2 people working and one person is doing online orders. At least 10 people in line around lunch time with 2 people working is not very professional. Also the last time I went I waited 20 minutes to be told they were out of tomato, avocado, wheat bread, pepperoni etc. I will make a longer drive to the other subway from now on

Five Dollar Footlong is bad dead for a long time I think it's more like $10 a foot long
