A must every time we visit seal beach. The cinnamon rolls are out of this world!!! (We get the icing on the side) also obsessed with their strawberry cheesecake bar and apple cinnamon coffee cake. Everything we've tasted is delicious! I'll try to grab pictures next time. We're always so eager to eat :) tip: it's cash only!

This sweet place was amazing! We stopped here for something sweet to eat after a lunch date at a near bye pizza place which was amazing as well.. walking in was soo overwhelming bc everything looked soo good. after asking what they recommend we went the the cinnamon rolls it was too die for if your ever in the area and looking for a good sweet this is the place to get that fill

I am a Long Beach native, and have seen Sweet Jill's all through my life, only stealing whiffs of cinnamon rolls passing by. This Sunday I finally caved and stumbled in for a cinnamon roll. We had two minutes to order (which kinda seemed rude and rushed since we were already in the doors). Lucky for us we knew exactly what we wanted. We got a cinnamon roll and a cinnamon coffee cake. I am just finishing my coffee cake this evening, three days later. It's big, it's moist and crumbly and the most perfect coffee cake I've ever had. The cinnamon roll blew me away at how perfect it was, full of butter, cinnamon and frosting, just loaded with perfection. This is now my go to bakery, no wonder they have been around so long! Incredible!

i‘d like to first say, there’s no way everything is made fresh daily. I was there at 7pm, and there was so much bakery items in the showcase, it would be a huge loss, if all that was thrown out and new baked for the next day.I will say EVERYTHING looked so delicious, and was a little worried that everything was left from a prior day, that I was afraid to take a chance, but did.I got a box of several items, we are camping and I wanted a few items to take back for the next day, along with my husband couldn’t resist getting pineapple upside down cake, I got a chocolate chip cookie, apple pull apart bread.well we were very disappointed in all of it, and I really don’t Yelp any business but thought owner needs to know.cookie didn’t taste right, like too much baking powder or soda, cake was very dince and wet. haven’t gotten to the macaroon or blueberry coffee cake yet, but just had to respond when I read on there website that everything was made fresh daily, don’t think so.

Classic local favorite! Feels like I'm walking into my grandmother's house. Cinnamon rolls are by far the best thing on the menu and trump cinnabon chain locations. Highly recommended to any visitors in town or locals wanting to pick up a sweet treat!

Sweets are fair (Brownies, Cinnamon Roll, Choc Chip Cookie), the down side is the prices are flippin' ridiculous for the small portions you get. Definitely not a good buy. And the big no go, this place is CASH ONLY, that is a bit sketchy...obviously hidin' from the tax man!!
Bf got huge ass cupcakes from this place for my birthday instead of a cake. Not my idea of a pastry place because to me, things should be light and fluffy not dense and huge. If you're looking for huge, sweet cupcakes, this is the one for you - just not my cup of tea

Was denied service an hour before they were supposed to close as stated online. Employee had 1 customer in front of us as we entered at 1059p, saying they closed at 11p, although online it states they closed at 12a. I am all about not putting up a fit but this employee didn't event attempt to remedy the situation. Dude was rude about it. We didn't even enter after they officially closed. Dude was rude and definitely left a negative feeling for us. We were in there before 11p and should've been served. But we get it, capitalism. I don't usually put reviews, so that means it messed with my vibe tonight. Sad showing Sweet Jill's. Be better.
