Nice staff and location but the drive thru was tricky

Ask to use the restroom and upon entering their was vomit all over the toilet and when I told them it was in need of servicing they ignored my request and placed the restroom out of service and didn't clean or let me use the other restroom. Completely unacceptable while I waited an employee used the restroom and that was even more rude to not allow me to use it.

Picked up drive-thru. Not too much to say. Don't eat fast food very often and Taco Bell was off the radar for decades, but maybe some nostalgia kicked in- memories of spending $3 for a meal after a surf.

Anyhow, food is what you expect, and at a particular instance, can be just what you want.

This place is a total junk. First of all, lady who was making food in the kitchen went to open a restroom for me, grabbed the key, opened it for me touching the door and then went back to kitchen and kept working in the same gloves! Then, after seeing this, I asked to cancel my order, Mr. Steven (if I’m correct) asked me “Do you want to cancel your order?” I said again “Please cancel my order” he asked me again “Do you want to cancel your order?” Three times we played this stupid game. He said he wanted answer “YES” from me. Is this a joke? Interrogation?! Interview?! I said clearly three times I wanted to cancel my order. I paid at the self service register which does not accept cash, so I paid with card. He asked me “You paid with card eventually?” 🤦🏼‍♂️ And he kept giving rude comments to the whole situation making fun of me like a stand-up comedian, but really bad comedian… I don’t remember in my life when last time a met so ignorant and unprofessional behavior.

Here at nine even before none it's now Ben 10 and I'm still waiting at the speaker to place my order nobody has answered I've been saying hello for a minute now and still nothing

Every time I got here it’s a great experience this is one of the best Tacobell I’ve gone to. You guys should really try it out. For people that complain about fries that aren’t good just ask for fresh ones. Just it might annoy them a little so please be nice but they always respect the customer. There’s this manager there who is always friendly and liking in the morning. They should hire more people like him.

The food looked like a two year old put it together. Soggy supreme burrito with almost nothing inside, a taco that literally fell apart and a cheese roll basically no cheese in it. The guy that took my order didn’t want to be there. Only 2 stars cause the drink was good.

DO NOT go here I got a quesadilla ,2 small and 2 tacos it was almost 30 dollars and the quesadilla was burnt with no cheese,and the soda machine had water in most of the machine.
