Was there to have lunch. Friend wanted to eat there.
I hadn't been there in a couple years as last meal ...a tornado was very ordinary. Again, though friendly and prompt service...the food is on a scale with Taco Bell...but prices are higher.
They need to do alot better!!!
They are in a prime spot on The main drag and close to the beach and pier....so this owner apparently just doesn't care.
Kid-friendliness: Casual beach setting...appropriate for my friends well behaved 3yr old.

Their Ensenada shrimp tacos are the best shrimp tacos I’ve had in California! Service and food is always amazing.

I loved this place! Great, big portions of wonderful Mexican food! I had two of the sea food tacos, the shrimp and their regular one, and both were wonderful. Also, I came in on a hot day, and had a margarita, and let me tell you, that was gone quickly! It was delish!

If I could leave a zero I would. I’ve been to a lot of taco surf locations. This by far was the most disappointing. The cocktails were very watered down and the beans were so watered down like soup and food seemed to be not cooked properly.
The birria taco taste amazing although I was expecting a full cup of consomé instead of a really tiny sauce cup. The carne asada entree is a lot of food and the meat is super soft. The $5 lemon blended margarita for happy hour was also good. Good vibes and service.
Kid-friendliness: My 1 year old felt welcomed and she enjoyed the rice and beans.

Atmosphere & service were good, but the tacos were not authentic like you typically get in So Cal! The salsa also kind of tasted ketchupy to me which was a bummer. Service was good though & I appreciated them accommodating our babies stroller & a high chair.

Good food, quick service, cold beer, moderately priced - you cannot go wrong!
Parking: Located in Seal Beach, near the water, never easy to find a parking space

Food is always suspect. Had a chicken burrito last nite. Awful. The chicken tasted like it was boiled. No flavor. Just gross. I’ve had their fajitas before and sent them back. The chicken meat was tough and again mostly tasteless. The best food in the house is the chips and salsa.

Cold beer, friendly service, the salsa kept coming without asking and it is really tasty! Tried several different tacos and they were all delicious. Look forward to coming back!
