Super bummed! Made reservations a month in advance for my sisters graduation! Called the day before to confirm an OUTSIDE table for 12 people when we got there they said we said inside, which we did not, and said if we wanted a table outside we had to wait and it will be “very tight and uncomfortable”. Our table was definitely given to the party before us just getting there. Not the biggest deal, the inside was very open, and it was right by the window which was beautiful!
We had a new server who was in training, who was absolutely wonderful, and the trainer.
Ordered a Bloody Mary and made it VERY clear I have a shellfish and dairy allergy.
First Bloody Mary brought by the trainer, had shrimp, they took it back, the next one she said let me know if it’s wrong again I’ll take it back? Had cheese on the garnish.
I’m not someone to send something back to the kitchen, I have worked in restaurants for 10 plus years and wouldn’t mind just pulling it out, but due to my allergies I can’t take a chance. When I explained yet again this was wrong the trainer server seemed annoyed which was frustrating because it was due to an allergy which I made super clear when I FIRST ordered the drink!
Mistakes happen and it was busy, but allergies are definitely something that should be taken a little more seriously!
Appetizers were ordered for the table which came fairly quick, then we waited 45 minutes before ANYONE came to take our order and refill waters.
Then the trainer came to take order I ordered a burger, no bun, NO CHEESE, with fruit.
Due to ALLERGY I made sure I said.
Food took an hour to come out, not one person came by to check on us. When the trainer server came to drop off food, my burger was last to be brought out with CHEESE. At this point I was so nervous to even ask to switch something out because they obviously don’t take allergies seriously at all and I really didn’t want to get sick.

Once I told her it was wrong and just to bring the bill she grabbed the plate and walked away, didn’t apologize, or see if I wanted a replacement or if I wanted it remade.
She had the NEW server bring our bill and didn’t come back to the table after that.
Again I have worked in restaurants 10 plus years. I understand a busy day and mistakes, but not once not twice, 3 times they messed up on an order I made clear to say with my allergies and to be rude about it is so upsetting!

It’s a beautiful restaurant, great location, the rest of the party enjoyed the food, just wish the staff we had today did a better job communicating important allergies and better customer service!

Horrible experience here for Mother's day! The staff was rude and not very helpful. The owner was clueless with the operations of the restaurant! She kept telling people it's Mother's day so we are busy, like we all didn't know it was Mother's day! Location was good and food wasn't bad when you finally got served. Need a change of ownership!

Horrible Mother’s Day experience. We made a reservation early enough to have breakfast. When we checked in they said there was a delay and it would be 20/25 minute wait which I understood since it was Mother’s Day. I’m not sure this restaurant understands the definition of a reservation. We waited 90 minutes before we were seated. It took so long that they no longer served breakfast. I was so upset all I wanted was a breakfast for my Mother’s Day. We complained to the owner and she has no clue what she is doing. Had no idea it would be this busy. The hostess was telling everyone it would be 25 mins. They had empty tables that were ready for people.. it was a full mess. It’s very disappointing that they do t understand how to handle a crowd or manage reservations. People waited over an hour. They should have made an announcement, apologized for the inconvenience and given out some complimentary drinks or something. It’s a beautiful location, our food was good once we got it but it was not what I wanted for my special day and they did nothing to make it right. Very sad.

Horrible management. Seated 90 minutes past our reservation. They ran out of breakfast food per the manager and could not serve breakfast. Didn't they anticipate tha she said reservations were 4 time last year.

I made a reservation expecting a smooth dining experience, but it was anything but that. This place clearly does not respect reservations—we waited an hour and a half past our reserved time to be seated. I made the reservation for 11:15 AM specifically so I wouldn’t miss breakfast, since their breakfast service ends at 11:45. Not only did they completely disregard the reservation, but we also weren’t seated until 12:30 PM—over an hour and a half late, well after breakfast had ended. We were then forced to order lunch, which was not what we came for. I also made my reservation for outdoor seating and was seated indoors.
I even got a text saying our table was ready, but when we checked in, we were told to wait while they set it up. The staff member setting the table walked past us several times without acknowledging us, even though we were clearly waiting. After another 20-minute wait, I had to go back up front and ask someone else just to be seated.
To make matters worse, our server barely came by the table and the overall service was slow and inattentive. This place is disorganized and unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t respect people’s time or their reservations. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Terrible service. Abysmal. Truly an embarrassment. I heard many great things of this place and went here with my family. Knowing the weekends are busy, we made a reservation.
Tell me why we have our reservation at 11:15am and we were sat at 12:30pm??? Not only that but we reserved an outdoor seating and were sat inside. The food was bland. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on anyone. First and last time for me and please think wisely as there are many establishments by the area who will honor you and treat you as a guest
