The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I asked for just the tea bag of winter dream, double cup and lid and said I don’t want water will make at home. Worker was friendly but not only did I get hot water she brewed it so I didn’t get a tea bag! I didn’t say anything about the water when I left because I was okay with being able to reuse the tea bag. But when I got home that is what I found in my cup! No tea bag! I am not one to complain but Coffee Bean was my first job so I know the wording and I was just baffled that when I specifically ask for JUST THE TEA BAG I don’t get one. Very disappointed in the training or lack of to just follow a simple request. I mean just a tea bag I would have asked for if I knew I wouldn’t get one!

This is the first time that my husband and I have been at this location we just stopped here real quick after a day of shopping to get one of the honey wellness a teacher in place for very friendly and very helpful and kind thank you

Very mediocre coffee shop, no outlet and way too much ice in the coffee

Enjoyed a large hot chocolate and worker could have been little more hospitable but they only had one person on staff.

It's so easy to order on the app and pick up. I love how they have a lower sugar options for flavors. It still tastes great.

Ordered my coffee with cream & brown sugar they she puts Splendid. So they made another cup without cream. Then when I ask for a cream she fold 3 cups of cream and my small cup of coffee not sure what's wrong with this place.

I went to this store on Sunday morning and they gave me a cold coffee instead of a hot one. When I returned it, the lady working there gave me a new hot coffee but said, “This time I won’t charge you, but next time you have to pay.” 😮😦 This is ridiculous.

Worst customer service went in there asked for side of brown sugar syrup tried to tell me it’s a dollar for each pump was acting like a brat because he didn’t want make any drinks really childish and has a stank attitude

Ordered a new drink and when I got my drink it had none of the add ons, no sprinkles, no chocolate sauce , no chocolate whip. And I ordered extra sauce on my other drink and it only came with a normal amount of sauce (the drink is supposed to already come with it) the drink I didn't pay extra to add extra chocolate sauce for didn't even come with any when the description states that it does. Payed almost $17 for two basic drinks when they were supposed to have add ons .
