The Habit Burger Grill

A bit disappointed, I didn’t taste any char on the burger, it was good but would have been better with more char flavor on the meat. Overall the fries were good but they were like a box of chocolate, some were hot, some were room temperature, and a few were actually cold, also several were really greasy. I’m not sure how you can get so many varieties of fries ask in one order.

Everything tasted fine, place is decent, including bathrooms. We ordered to go, but how food was packed was a little messy. Shake and fries were good, but burgers were sort of squished the way they were packed. Kiosk was okay, but a little awkward.

Burger does not hav e fresh taste like In and Out across the street, yet the same price range.
Unfortunate when requesting napkins on to go order and sticker on bag says napkins are included, only to get to place eating burger and find no napkins for a drippy burger

Food was decent at first but I felt sick later that night, the heavy set employee (I don't know his name) was very rude, forgot to give me my drinks, spilled a drink on another customer, was cussing despite me being there with my little one, and I saw him stick his finger in a milkshake he was making.

I have made it a family habit to visit this establishment w my family but over and over again the African American lady has chosen to give us a hard time. I spend more than 100.00 every visit. No more! I love the burgers but I refuse to accept her attitude. Bring back customer service worthy people!

It's 7 pm, they will close at 9:30 and they have already packed all the condiments. The crispy chicken sandwich felt rubbery. Thr bread felt old and stale. The veggie patty was undercooked. The green beans were the best part of the meal. I would not recommend this location.
