I had trouble with getting my internet orders done correctly in the past. This last time I went, I asked the young lady to double check my order, and she made sure it was correct. A big shout-out to "Reese" for being nice and kind and making it a good experience.

While I LIKE the food at Habit Burger, especially the tempura green beans and shakes, EVERY time I've been here, the shake machine has either been broken or "not ready". I've only been her 5 times since they opened, mostly because each time I've left annoyed that their shake machine wasn't working after waiting 30 minutes because an employee told me it was almost fixed. I don't get fast food often, especially shakes, but when I want one, HB's are really good...when the darn machine works. VERY disappointing!! GET A NEW SHAKE MACHINE!!!

I eat here at least once a month for the past two years. Usually do take out. Food has always been good (Staff is always terrific!) The last time my hamburger was pretty salty. Tonight my burger was so salty I only ate half?? I also ordered a half fry & green beans. They put two orders in! The receipt isn't broken down by cost so don't know if I was charged or not. Always been a favorite but wondering if things are changing?? Or my taste? I hate complaining but with today's cost of everything feel like we've gotta speak up. Thanks for listening

I wanted to let everyone know this place is one of the best habits in California. Every time I've been here my fries were fresh and hot. My burgers were delicious and your root beer mixture is perfection! Thank you thank you for running a great establishment. I work nearby and I visit the Habit once a week. Keep up the excellent work!

We had a large order for 12 people. Very friendly staff❣️ They went out of their way to ensure all was correct, even with substitutions and changes. And the food was great!

As always our order was ready for pick up. My char burger with cheese was cooked perfect. The fries were hot and crispy. I started going to Habit Burger in Ventura and made it our stop on our was to San Luis Obispo. I was so happy when the opened a store in Seal Beach. I live across the street and have to walk by In and Out to get there, haha.

We love the habit, my only complaint is that whenever I order takeout they never put in the condiments I ask for. I Postmated food this evening and once again no ranch for the green beans, it's so disappointing. Takeout is too expensive for them to not pay attention to the details.
