Why is this place closed when there is a sign on the advertising that they are open for take out and it's during their posted open hours. No sign on the door saying it's closed. Guy is inside but all he did was shake his head. Just put a sign up that says CLOSED!

1st time at Yalla Mediterranean, Seal Beach. I ordered a Gyro wrap. Wes did a great job at walking me through selecting my base, proteins & toppings. The wrap was huge . He even gave me a little explanation as to how to open the paper wrapping so I could eat without spilling. ;)The wrap was very tasty.Thank you for an enjoyable 1st impression & fine customer service.

I ate at the Seal Beach location recently. The food was very good. My only issue was one of the workers had a long beard and it was not covered as he worked with and over the food. It's surprising that a company would not mandate a worker to cover a beard in a restaurant. I won't return if this issue isn't resolved. Which is why I rated 2 stars.

Wow...just wow. This was our first time here and we received 10 out of 10 service, impeccable. One of the employees,'West (not sure if he was the manager or owner), came out to engage with us and talk football. He offered us additional sauces and to try new drinks but it was all sincere with 0 pressure. Nicest guy! When we got home we chowed down on the gyro plate and it was EVERYTHING. Why didn't we try this place early on, cause we're d*** a$$es. But not anymore! Coming back tomorrow with our daughters to support this diamond in the rough.

It was my first time visiting and I will absolutely be returning soon! The customer service was wonderful. I was greeted by a friendly crew who walked me through the process of ordering since it was my first time. I am dairy free and accidentally asked them to put on beet and feta salad without knowing it had cheese in it . The gentleman who was helping me was very kind and happily removed it from my bowl and helped me find a different replacement. In honor of my first visit, the nice staff member also gave me a free drink on the house! The food was delicious and the portion was HUGE - I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl and put almost every topping on. The flavors were fantastic and authentic tasting. All the staff were wearing masks and it seemed like they had effective Covid precautions in place. I will definitely be coming back to order again soon!

Wes is the man. Not sure if he's the manager or not but he definitely should be running the joint. Very friendly, excellent customer service skills, obviously very experienced in the industry, etc. As for the food, it's really good. I always get the plate, grilled chicken, add falafel. I love the variety they have on the different side dishes. I feel like a lot of Mediterranean food joints only have the standard hummus and babaganoush, and a couple others. I love the beets, babaganoudh, and fire feta. Delish. Oh, AND they have kids eat free Fridays!!! Another huge draw for us, with 2 little ones. Makes it a budget friendly option for us. Highly recommend if you love Mediterranean food!

I love this place! The food is great The service is always amazing. Even before COVID-19, Wes has an upbeat personality and always thanks you for coming in, for your business and is engaging. Likewise with the manager, Dave, I believe his name is. Super nice guy and always welcoming. Truly a great place and the way a business should be, especially during these trying times. Thanks guys.

Love this place! Especially since they offer impossible meat. I wish the phone line worked so we could call for the hours of operation. The hours on yelp isn't updated. :(

First visitor so went off of pictures in Door Dash. Big mistake. Ordered a bowl with rice, falafel, chicken shawarma, tomato's, onions, potatoes and olives. It arrived all piled in a too small tray. Tomatoes and onions that should be a relish were buried and now and mushy. Potatoes were a cold mayo less salad...not garlic potatoes I was expecting. Falafel was ok. Tiny balls so sort of hard. Chicken was way overcooked and dry. Olives were chopped so small they were hard to find as they looked like the shawarma. So it was just a pile of ugh. Pics were beautiful online. Expensive attempt.
