We have been quite a few times in the past years and it was fine before. This is clearly going down for the service. A few days ago we called several times for ordering and there was no answer and so we had to do the order on site and we lost 20min just waiting. We got fish tacos and a cheese quesadilla. The amount of fish in the tacos was ridiculously small and the quesadilla was cut in small pieces ... No way. I don't think we will go again.

Sizeable portions, ice cold beer, and delicious food! I was thinking to order a second round to-go, saving choices fornmy next visit. In the Monterey area definitely worth a visit.

Pretty good food, but beware that the iced tea does not come with free refills like every other restaurant and you will be charged $4 per glass of weak black Lipton. I got the shrimp quesadilla and it was surprisingly delicious. I wouldn't go back because of the charge per tea (not mentioned on the menu or by the server when she asked if I wanted more tea) and because there are sooo many good options for Mexican food in our area.

We came for dinner and everything was delicious! We tried 6 different tacos and each had so much flavor and was unique! Even the kid's meals were delicious! The fish fingers were actually pieces of fish that were breaded rather than the mush you normally get! And the chicken was lightly breaded as well, yummy! We will be back!

Tasty mariscos in a really accessible haunt. It's a small operation but you can surmise that raucous events have occurred in the past. It was only my family there for a meal but the waitress was attentive and kind. The kitchen is visible behind the bar, further imparting the closeness to the entire experience.

Diving through town on a road trip and looked in Reddit for the best fish tacos in Monterey. Good selection of seafood tacos (and other foods). We went at opening on a cool day so the atmosphere was chill but I could imagine it getting quite vibrant on warm nights.

Small informal place with great food so good we are there 2 nights in a row! The taco trio was superb, the seafood rice sublime and filling, and the ceviche carabocha amazing. Local beers and nice staff too.
Highly recommend this place!

The service was awful: very long waiting time for some fast food, and the orders were mixed up. The food itself was ok though.

10 minutes to get a menu, then completely ignored for 15. The waitress literally walking right by us to wipe something down, even though we had been ready with our menu for said 15 minutes. We ended up leaving. Lazy, slow staff. The food might be good, but I’ll never know.
