Service is always slow. To get seated... slow. Order will be ready at 620... ends up being ready at almost 700. Food is delicious. Nice atmosphere.

We arrived there around 5pm. It took about 20 minutes just to be seated even though there was only one team head of us and there were more than 30 empty seats. After the long wait, we were guided to the table that is next to a trash can, EVEN IF THERE WERE MORE THAN 30 EMPTY SEATS! So we got out because we were so disappointed. It seems that they discriminated us because we are Asians. Really, really disappointed.

My visit was today the wait was about 20 to 25 minutes the guy at front kept trying to let people know that there was table outside but no one wanted it 4 people left one guy didn't want to wait so he order to go then when we finally got a table and order our food the food was to hot for my son so I had her take it back he did eat the Mac and cheese only I did share with him what I order the fries had to much pepper on them so we didn't finish them when she brought the bill it was for 48 dollars I even asked her since the food was to hot for him if I had to pay for it and she said yes so I paid the 48 and left

This is the first review I've ever made about a restaurant. I've now been here four times to give it a fair shake, and I think two stars is generous. The only thing worth while here are the personalities of the servers, usually. The food is rubbery, as if the kitchen and waitresses don't talk, the wait for a half empty (usually less) restaurant is always 10 minutes plus. Out of the four times I've eaten here, I've had one basket of decent fries, one order of decent wings, and one good beer. It's a shame really. I won't be back.

My partner and I waited over 30 mins for our meals. And the meals were cold. Our waiter was good, and all but the service was very poor. Mind you the restaurant was not very busy. Even for a Sunday.

I ordered the $13.00 lunch deal during lunch hours, but I was charged $26.20 instead. Additionally, I did not receive the fries or drink that come with the meal. Despite being the only group in the restaurant, we experienced a long wait to receive our orders. When I brought up the issue to the waitress, she claimed she didn’t hear me specify the lunch deal or notice me pointing to it on the menu (the $13.00 10-wing deal). Rather than helping me resolve the problem, she told me I would need to speak with the manager and showed no willingness to assist further.

Horrible!! Really! You messed up 80% of my order you remake it and its cold, ugly,chincy. With zero apology that I had to come back for this crap. NEVER again. How dare BW3s charge these prices for disgusting fried goods in old oil. Youve got our money for the last time.The chicken sandwich, was the SAME friggen piece of chicken just flashed in that nasty fryer & served to us for a second time.. This atrocity in this BW3 bag is screaming FOODPOISONING! Ugh ...I can't with yall-

Horrible wings, over cooked and SALTY as the Pacific. I ordered the Boneless Wings (TRASH) ! I ordered sauce on the side, they were so salty I coughed trying to eat them. How in heavens name does traditional wings with no sauce be served salty. Complaining will not do it justice so imma make a video review of my next experience. Yes, imma go back and spend more money just to make a point and post a video of the experience just in case this was a one off day for the establishment.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve been here more than enough times and have had a bad experience literally every time. But my most recent experience is just the straw that broke the Carmel’s back. I ordered a pickup order, online said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Went in to a completely dead restaurant I’m talking 5 tables in the whole place. 50 minutes later (30 minutes of me standing inside) my order finally was ready. Just to really show how bad it is, I only order 3 things. The employees don’t care about their jobs and corporate apparently doesn’t care enough to pay their employees well or hire management that can steer the ship like any normal restaurant would. Honestly, I don’t blame the employees they probably get paid crap wages that make it easy not to care. ** oh what another not pleasant surprise. I got home and was missing half my order. Went back to the restaurant and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make the part they didn’t include? Bro what is this place doing like this makes zero sense. Why would I have to wait an hour for an online takeout order at an empty restaurant? How did they make the stuff they forgot in 20 minutes? No manager came out and gave me an apology for the inconvenience. I implore anyone even remotely thinking about coming here or ordering anything from here. DONT DO IT find anywhere else to order from this place absolutely sucks.

It’s not the best wings for me I prefer wing stop it gives fries and sauces and carrots and stuff but when we order from Buffalo Wild Wings it was just wings that’s it and I felt like I paied too much for the wings I could pay the same and take a lot

If I can give 0 stars I would. I came around 11:30 pm and the the host did not want to seat us because they close soon. Last call is at 12:30. We were a party of 5 and 6 we were okay being separated. But she had such a negative attitude we decided to leave anyways. We are not going back. You can thank the server with the bad Attitude. We’ve been here before and we have always noticed that she is never willing to accommodate. When she left she made a snarky comment that they have made enough money for the night and that they don’t need the extra people. Super disappointed.
