The food was fresh, fast, the young lady behind the counter was amazing and had incredible customer service, her name is Ariana go say hi, she's the nicest cashier's you'll ever find. We ordered two superstars one lettuce wrap with no onions and two drinks We were in and out the food was amazing it was a great experience this is a very well run Carl's Jr.

I enjoy my meal from Carl's Jr. Sometimes I cannot understand the person taking my order, due to the language barrier and accent, which is fine, I would just ask that they slow down when speaking. That would help tremendously. I don't want anyone to change their accent or language, just speak a little slower. Food is awesome, but the prices are high. Service is garbage though. When I walked in the staff wasn't even paying attention or acknowledged me. It took several minutes for them to realize I was present before the guy behind the counter slammed his mop and bucket into the wall so he could even take my order. Absolutely unprofessional.

I decided to try Carl's Jr for the first time in more than thirty years. I happened to be driving down Fremont Blvd in Seaside and decided to give this fast food restaurant a try. The customer service was excellent very friendly and I placed my order for two burgers one smaller and one of the special burgers that was being promoted and a large fries and jalapeño poppers. I sat in the dining area which was immaculately clean while they prepared my order. When my order was ready the young man saw me seated and personally brought it over to me. Outstanding customer service. The burger I had for myself was very juicy I definitely needed plenty of napkins. The flavour was good and I was very satisfied. The fries were really good soft and not overly salty. The poppers were perfect and made a great snack while watching television. I don't eat fast foods very often but when I do I like my food to be tasty. This Carl's Jr. definitely did a great job. I rate my experience with five stars.

Many time I have been asked to drive away from the Drive Thru, even when there is nobody in line. Very annoying! Just complete the order and don’t cheat the system by making it look like the car leaves sooner than the order is filled. Manuel was not happy when I said I wouldn’t leave and pull forward. I hope nobody messes with my food. May not come back.

One of the best Carl's Jr's I have been to and believe me I have been to many! Recently remodeled, exceptionally clean. Staff didn't mind our special order and were very friendly. Wish this was closer to home!

This is the worst fast food you will ever eat. I live nearby and keep giving this place a chance and it gets worse every time.Not that this review will make a difference since no one there seems to care.Food was luke warm at best. Hamburger tasted like it had been there all day, fries were barely warm.Do yourself a favor a find somewhere else to eat because this is beyond terrible.No one was in the dinning room because the word must be out that this is terrible.
