Worst chilis experience I’ve had in a while.. took about 15 mins to get a server to my table when the restaurant was not crowded. Ordered 3 for me with a coke with no ice. Received a drink with ice. My chips came out with my burger!! How does that work everyone knows entree should could 10-15 mins after the apps. But the food as always at chilis was delicious that earned it an extra star

Server ( Citlali) was rude and helped others before us, ( we go there before others) didn't bring us our appetizers, charged us for extra drinks, asked for a receipt and didn't get one, but she told us she would bring us the receipt. Talking to other staff about clients when we asked for a receipt is not professional. If you don't like your job, just pretend, don't roll your eyes, huff and puff like a 5 year old, CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key word. Now I remember why I don't like this place and stop going.

Uber Eats brought me a bacon chicken sandwich & it was terrible. Soggy, cold, bland, & not even ketchup for my fries.

We had a very disappointing experience at Chili’s. We came with our family, including an infant, and from the very beginning, the service was terrible. We were told we would need to wait 5-10 minutes for a table, but in reality, we waited for almost an hour.

When the hostess finally seated us at two separate tables—since we had already been waiting so long—the manager approached us and, rather than accommodating the situation, rudely told us to leave the tables and go back to the entrance to wait for another table. He stated that we were "confusing his staff," even though we had simply followed the hostess’s instructions. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making an already frustrating situation even worse.

Once we placed our order, the experience continued to decline. The staff was visibly discussing us among themselves, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When we asked questions or tried to clarify something about our order, they responded with eye-rolls, head shakes, and clear signs of annoyance. Server started asking inappropriate questions about our accent and where exactly we were from. As soon as we answered, she immediately ran to her colleagues to share what we said. It was absolutely clear that they were discussing us, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome!

Despite the fact that we waited for an hour, we were not offered any kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill. There was no apology, no complimentary drink or appetizer—nothing at all to acknowledge the inconvenience we experienced. It felt as though the staff simply didn’t care about our experience.

Overall, both the manager and staff behaved unprofessionally, and we felt disrespected throughout our visit. This was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had, and we do not plan on returning!!

They initially messed up my order but they totally made up for it. Service is okay. The nachos weren’t so great but the surf & turf was the best here

I arrived with a party of 4, wait was 30 minutes. Went to bar ro get a drink (for all of us) and the manager was immediately rude to us as the bar was full and he informed us that we could not unless we were going to sit at the bar. It escalated quickly to the point that he told us if we don't like it we could leave. It probably would have easily been a $200+ bill. I was here a week ago and had a much better experience (different manager). I will not be returning. The manager could have very easily accommodated our drinks instead causing us to loose interest and leaving. Spent $250 at El Toritos instead!

The food was mid. I'm pretty sure everything there was drenched in grease.
I can tell you right now. One of those platters with a little bit of everything, it's enough for 2 people, maybe three, they are just such huge portions. And as a canadian, I am not used to that.
Also our server what's lacking.

I have been going here for years. I've had both positive and negative experiences. Yesterday I went in after working all day and driving from San Francisco I'm sore from my 2.5 drive. The short Indian manager starts asking me if I needed help he continues to follow me and keeps yelling at me he proceeds to ask me if i need help. First of all I am not your employee. I've seen the way he yells at the staff and argues with customers. Why would someone that works in hospitality be allowed to speak to his staff and customers in that way is beyond me.

Our entrees and drinks were good, but when did they change the mozzarella sticks? They’re slabs vs. sticks. Still pretty tasty.
El Presidente margarita is recommended.
Location is adjacent to the Laguna Grande trail so a nice stroll around the lake is a good addition to a meal.
