Terrible I ordered from Uber eats I paid $30 for a pizza and a salad and delivery fee and I was charged and nothing was ever delivered. Then when I called Uber eats they told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund.

Order was missing the drink. I called as soon as we noticed it was missing hoping it was in the car and the delivery driver could just come back with it. I sat on hold for 18 minutes and then was hung up on. Called back and waited for 26 minutes and was hung up on again. Can't get it fixed or a refund because nobody will answer the phone.

Very bad customer service. The two girls refused to give me my change and wouldn't sell me condiments. My pizza was missing my toppings older lady was very rude.

Domino’s pizzas are much better than they used to be, but my recommendation would be to order via phone instead of their app. The app gives no indication of how long of a wait you can expect. Midday on a Friday I ordered a sandwich and a salad. After waiting 40 minutes with no change on the app tracker, I called and was told there was a hour wait so I could expect another 20 minutes before the delivery arrives. I don’t blame the workers, but if I knew about the long wait I would’ve rethought the purchase.

The pizza we ordered was good, however the staff need some training at customer service. They apparently were in the middle of a conversation when I walked in to pick up our pizza, and while they paused long enough to ask my name and told me how much I owed them, they jumped right back into thier convetsation which included using curse words in front of the customer. I am glad to know that the staff are visiting with each other while they work, but would recommend they pause thier conversations and definitely refrain from cursing when customers are in the store .

I'm not rating the food cause we all know Domino's is just standard pizza, but I give 5 stars to the service. I ordered two pizzas for delivery tonight and one came just fine, but the other had clearly been dropped. The box was broken and the pizza was a total mess. I called the store, explained it, and asked for a replacement. I don't know who I spoke with, but she was great and said they'd remake it right away. The new pizza came quickly and it was just as expected. That's great customer care and I really appreciated it.
