We ate here twice, once for dinner and one for breakfast during a recent trip to Monterey. The food is amazing and atmosphere wonderful. I highly recommend the Chicken Marsala. Perfect little place!

First time there. Googlie was recommended to me by the sales manager of the Nissan dealership just up the street. I was told it was very authentic. I was not disappointed. I had the sea bass. It came with vegetables and I up graded to a stuffed potato. There was a lot of different flavors going on. I am in Sea Side 2 or 3 times a month. I will be coming back.

Went in for prime rib and the dinner was terrible. It was like re-heated meat that was tough and over cooked. It was supposed to be their Father’s Day special but it was terrible. Told waiter it was unacceptable but he just apologized and didn’t offer anything else. Won’t be going back.

Delicious lunch, nice atmosphere, excellent service. My favorite was salmon and mashed potatoes, my daughter was chicken club sandwiches, my son the spaghetti with meatballs. We will return.

We loved everything about Googie Grill. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered, the flavors were excellent, and the service was wonderful.
The jambalaya is a noodle jambalaya (not a rice one) which threw off my mom, but she loved the dish nonetheless.
Fire roasted artichokes were delicious to start, and the pastas, burgers, and salads were yummy.
Keep an eye out for the Early Bird dinner special (didn't realize they had this stellar deal)

Seriously a good spot. We got our food in ten minutes and it was hot hot like fresh off the stove. The cocktail sauce is great with lots of horseradish. You can tell that the tartar sauce is home made. The potatoes that come with the fish and chips are so delicious and crispy. The fish had some kind of awesome seasoning. I loved it. Our waiter was so chill. He didn’t hassle us but he hooked us up with drink refills without asking. I can’t wait to go back. Being the whole work crew. John’s Car Care.
