I get that In N Outs always have long drive thru lines and that they can be limited in how they control how that goes, but routinely waiting in line for 30+ minutes just to be cut off by people sneaking in from the other side of the parking lot makes me want to never come here again. PLEASE do something about the drive thru line so people can’t cut in front of all the people who were waiting correctly.

Placed an order at 4:30 for a cheese burger no onion, fry, drink and a shake, waited 20 minutes, they were calling on every number past mine, asked, they said they would check. The person at front counter was understanding yet took another 20 minutes, ive never seen such an unorganized In-N-Out

One of the slowest In-N-Out locations I have ever visited. Routinely takes 30+ minutes to receive your food and the drive through is so slow it backs up traffic on Del Monte daily. I love In-N-Out but refuse to frequent this location because of how often it inconveniences me.

This is a typical In-N-Out restaurant. We got a cheeseburger, grilled cheese, and 3 shakes. The cheeseburger was their regular one, not one of the options. My husband and daughter liked it. It was the like they expected it to be. Our other daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese which came with pickles. The shakes were good but the portion is on the smaller side. 2 of us had chocolate. 1 had a neopolitan with chocolate, strawberry and vanilla, which were layered, not mixed.
