I should preface, I'm not a food snob. I love little Caesars... Normally. The last pizza I got was damn near inedible. The cheese tastes like it had some sort of cleaning chemicals in it and the crust was just soggy. I've gotten better pizzas from their "hot n ready" selection. I get fast food isn't normally the best quality, but this was horrible.

Originally ordered via delivery. DO NOT order delivery unless you want to gamble on your food actually showing up. They use DoorDash to make their deliveries; Felizita never called or text to express her inability to locate my home. Instead, she drove around and dropped it at another address with the same "2199" home number.I ended up getting refunded and going to get my re-order myself; the rep was very sweet. I had no issues with the food or restaurant staff.

The pizza is terrible but it's the kind of terrible that you can have a soft spot for. The way to do it is to order in advance and type your code in to get the pizza. The employees that I have encountered here are not great with customer service. It is best to avoid them.

Completely wrong order. No toppings on pizza. Charged double. Charge pending due to earlier order cancelled. Hopefully it doesn't go through.
Worst experience ever when it comes to ordering online! First, the application made a wrong order in my phone for a different pizza, so I tried to call then to change it. They didn't answer, afterwards, I called the delivery driver to relay to them the mix up, they said okay and they would change it. Now with a hungry spouse waiting on it, we got a phone call coming from a delivery driver saying that it was ready, but there was a "language barrier" and the wrong pizza was still made, and the guy working there said he can't switch it out since it's already done. My wife and I were not only angry, but also disappointed and hungry at the unprofessionalism taken here, and their staff not owning up to their mistakes, and being unaccountable for not being responsive to customer connections. It is unacceptable and there us no excuse, period.

Salty pizza that is also floppy and cheese is not even melted. They never answered the phone. I called 14 times and when I finally went in,their was a guy talking on the phone. I called again and it rang rang rang. I called them out on it. Horrible
