Waited over 30 minutes to pick up 3 drinks and an order of fries. There was a large group before me, so I waited. After the they got their order, it took 15 more minutes before being able to get the attention of a worker. Looks like my order was ready the entire time as they just grabbed it from behind a wall as soon as I was able to ask them about it.This location needs some serious retraining.

Conveniently situated near the highway and near the beach. Couple minutes away from Monterey Bay Aquarium. Lots of parking spaces. Clean bathrooms. Food is the usual McDonald's. Four self order kiosk.

Terrible service. I regretted going through the drive thru. The girl had such a hard time understanding a simple order. And then the burgers were dry. Hardly any sauce, and when you ask for extra pickles, you got 2. They didn't give me all my orders, and when I mentioned it, they looked at me like I was wrong. These workers don't deserve the $20 an hour they are expecting.

They had advertised on the order board , they have shamrock McFlurry , but while ordering they did not had it …. Pls can you not put them on board if you don’t carry one, at least for the day , the management should be focused.

I recently visited and they refused to give refills on any beverages. When I offered to purchase a refill they refused and said I would need to buy a whole new drink. I guess reducing the use of plastic cups and straws isn't a concern here. The refusal for something as simple as a refill, especially when dining in, left a sour taste in my experience. It's a small thing that makes a big difference in customer satisfaction and overall dining experience. This policy, whether it's store-specific or new, is definitely a step back in service.

The food tasted like any other McD's, however, it took about 15-20 minutes to get two McDoubles with only one other customer in front of me. The atmosphere would be -5 stars if I could possibly give it. I felt like I was eating at a landfill.

SUNSET BOULEVARD

Employee was screaming bloody murder at man in the men's restroom because she wanted him to come out. The man was doing nothing wrong but using the restroom. Everybody in the restaurant could here this imbecile screaming bloody murder. The employee just started grinning and laughing and signing to me that she could not hear me asking her not to talk to people like that especially in a restaurant when customers are trying to enjoy breakfast. I told her she is not at home in her kitchen and not at a Bar. I told her please stop the unnecessary screaming when people are eating.
