Where do I start with this location i had ordered a large pizza with 6 piece wings plain with a side of buffalo at 8:05pm around 8:53pm I went to the front to let them know that almost and hour and no food as Stephanie the cashier proceeds to tell me she called my order when in fact she did not call me order all I could hear was an employee playing loud music from his phone singing out loud

My experience here was so disatisfying last night that I cant help but write a review today still thinking about it. Went and ordered a medium specialty pizza, which was over $25. Waited around for about 15-20 mins for my food. The pizza was given to me in a box even though I had asked to have it there. Pizza was absolutely terrible. Only got through about 1 and a half slices before I decided to throw the entire thing away. Worst part was, who I assumed were the workers two children, were running around and going back in the kitchen where they were supposed to prepare food. Left angry I wasted money on such terrible food. Even dominos is better than this. Will never be returning, avoid this place.

I called for a pizza to be delivered. It never arrived,we called to ask where our pizza was. Just to get told that the ticket says for pick up. So, basically, I'm lying. And they continued arguing that. Do they not understand,customer is always right!!!! If my order were for pick up,then why ask me for my address??🤔🤔Oh,and did mention,by this time they are not delivering anymore. We're told it's ready,you can come pick it up. The Main reason why I wanted delivery,is because I don't want to drink & drive. And then they try to tell me that all their calls are answered by a call center!! More lies.....I asked for the Managers name,she only gave me her first name, and when I asked her for her last name she hung up on me. So, very unprofessional of her. She doesn't deserve to be a manager or even work there, given her lack of Customer service skills. We would order from Mountain Mikes at least once a month, not anymore. I just can't believe we were given the most horrible service ever!!!!!!!

We love ordering their Chicken Club with extra Artichoke hearts, best pizza I ever had!!! Even my husband who is a everything kind of guy switched to the chicken club

Mid pizza. Got 2 mini’s and a small Garlic Tuscan pizza.
1. Both the mini pizza’s were okay. The mushroom on one of the pizza’s was paper thin.
2. The Garlic Tuscan had a beautiful presentation, however the flavor was mid and lacked a “garlic flavor.”
The atmosphere was nice and attractive, but that is it.

Todays is mother day so i wanted to order a pizza/hot wings for my mom unfortunately mountain mike apps was not working. So I decided to call the restaurant to place order and pay for the food seeing how no mother should pay on mother days. I informed the employee I live in San Diego and I’m buying this meal as a gift for Mother’s Day and my father will pick up the order. Employee told me I had to show my ID and card to pick up meal?. I repeated to the employee I live in San Diego and buying the meal as a gift for mother days. Employee didn’t care told me it’s a new policy the restaurant just implemented? Told the employee how ridiculous that is and how the app was not working again employee didn’t care?. Imagine trying to surprise your mother only to have it ruin by a person who doesn’t care and couldn’t even be bothered with my situation.

This was such a pleasant experience. My son and I have gone to a different Mountain Mike's that's closer to our house. But this location is so much brighter, cleaner, and more open. The salad bar and pizza buffet areas are clean and plentiful. No question this will be our go-to location from now on!

This place is fighting WAY above its weight class. A pizza place is not expected to have a salad bar of this caliber. Fresh, clean, well organized, and delicious! The pizza was really good too. Both pizza and salad are better at this site than at the Mt. Mike's in my area. But that salad bar!!! What a pleasant surprise!
