Amazing Ciabatta (the best around) and great service.

Bread at this place is real. What that means? Ask foreigners.

I just opened my first chocolate Panettone of the season & OMG!! It's the best I've ever had!! So moist & the perfect amount of chocolate!! It's so delicious you'd think Nonna baked it! 5

Every type of bread I have tried from here is amazing!!

All the breads are delicious, especially the sourdough. It’s my favorite. Other places have sourdough with a crust that’s so hard it hurts your mouth. The crust here is softer, but still chewy and perfect.

The bread here is so yummy, fresh and soft to the touch. All of the best sandwiches spots in town use Palermo bakery! This establishment values their customers and provides quality service. I will definitely be back, this place does not disappoint. Thank you!!

The worst sourdough I have ever tasted. This so called sourdough tasted more like French bread. The crust was soft and the interior had no flavor. If you want real sourdough bread, don’t go here.

Wow. What a hidden gem. You can walk in before 10:30 AM but I recommend getting there earlier to make sure there is a good selection of breads. You name it, they have it. All baked that morning. Enter from the street side even though there is no sign there as businesses only use the rear entry. Their prices are excellent but they only take cash.

Fresh baked bread everyday every morning good place to work)

Great find, main entrance (for businesses) is in the back, side entrance (consumer) is on Olympia Ave, which could use some sprucing up ?️. Great wholesale prices for consumers. Racks with large variety of selections are available. Ciabotta was top notch. Alfredo was very friendly.
