The prices were great, the croissant delicious but a bit greasy. The small baguette was nice. The beurre et jambon should use any kind of seasoned ham, Smithfield, Serano, Iberico, but not plain ham, which offers no flavor at all. The small sourdough baguette didn't have the texture of sour dough. We'll try the downtown location and reserve judgment. Okay. Not great.
Great sandwiches, designer sugar cookies, tarts, and cakes. My latte was perfect but wish they had lavender available, they use a good machine and barista I had prepared my drink well. Good customer service. Will be back.
This place has amazing sweet treats! They’re so beautifully decorated, they almost look unreal! And the sourdough bread is to die for!
Yummy pastries and cakes. Legit.
Great lattes and pastries. Kind and helpful service. Lots of choices. We had breakfast but the dessert options also looked delicious.

Excellent! The best place for bread and pastries on the Monterey Peninsula. Sometimes a line but the people are nice.
Paris Bakery makes THE best Princess Cake and I searched high and low in Monterey to find a bakery that makes them. I ordered one for a baby shower for for a baby boy and requested it to be tinted in blue instead of the traditional pastel green. So we called it a "prince" cake! Hehe.Traditionally it is a classic Scandinavian torte with layers of sponge cake, raspberry jam, vanilla custard, and whipped cream. It is typically covered with a layer of sweet marzipan tinted green. They even add the extra step of using fresh raspberries on the inner layer. The marzipan "frosting" layer was super fresh and it was the perfect touch of sweetness. All the guests were asking what it was and where it was from. Will definitely be purchasing for future parties.I also can't omit the other wonderful pastries that this bakery offers. My favorite is the banana, Nutella croissant.
Pastries were delicious and the texture was superior to getting croissants at a grocery store bakery counter.
Come here often just to buy their fruit-tart. Paris Bakery sells the BEST fruit tarts hands down
Nice selection of pastries and cakes. Eclairs like they used to be made.
