I ordered pizza online for delivery. I relized I made a mistake on my order, so I called the store, immediately. It was a simple mistake; I accidentally put light sauce. Order was confirmed at 7:04, and I called at 7:04. Apparently, my pizza was already made, it was in the oven. They were unwilling to change it for me until I asked and was confounded over the fact that my pizza was already made. I asked for the manager, after I asked 3 times, the man on the phone told me he was the manager. It's Friday night, how does a pizza get made in less than a minute?

Horrible custimer service!!!!I realized I made a mistake about a min after I placed my order online. I called the store to let them know what I had actually wanted (regular sauce, not light), and it was already in the oven. How?! I just placed the order and it's Friday night! There was oh no I'm sorry to hear that, no comramise or solution. I had to ask for one. Apprantly, the man I was talking to was the manger, only said that he was after I asked three times. Honestly, the only reason to get Pizza Hut is the stuffed crust and even then it's expensive for what you get and greasy.

Pizza Hut in Seaside apparently uses Door Dash but they don't tell when you order over the phone. So they had Door Dash deliver to me without my knowledge. Door Dash left my pizza at a vacant house when I called to find out where it was they said it is on your doorstep. To my astonishment I found my cold pizza 45 minutes after it was delivered at a vacant house next door to me.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Their customer service sucks and no update for an hour and a half after ordering. Called and guy on the phone was rude. Not very customer service friendly. Get it together Pizza Hut. Sad to say I think Salinas Pizza Hut has it more together than they do here in seaside

I split a large stuffed crust pizza with my son. His side was pepperoni, and mine was meatball and bacon. I didn't try any of his... yet, but mine was so much better than anticipated. Perfection!
Person preparing our pizza wasn't wearing gloves. Ordered 2 lg. pepperoni with jalapenos and there were so many peppers even after picking themo it was way too spicy. They screwed up our order so we had to wait an extra 15 minutes while they made another one and even after the inconvenience they wouldn't give my daughter a couple of ranch dressings without paying for them 6

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the quality was terrible! The dough wasn't cooked thoroughly and the bottom of the pizza was fried! Every bite felt as if I was biting into a taco shell ! I have never had a pizza this terrible, I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. I've been to several Pizza Huts but this one SMH!!! I received my pizza and the dough wasn't cooked properly. The crust was fried. Literally the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. A message to the employee who made my pizza: please be considerate, at least make the pizza to pizza huts standards. Make the pizza as if you're the one who ordered it. That's all I have to say. Thank you.

I used to love Pizza Hut. And I've been ordering pizza for years, my recent order of stuffed crust pizza was not good at all. They are using a different type of cheese, not the cheese I used to order which tasted like mozzarella cheese. Now they are using what it tastes like very very cheap imitation cheese. I am sad due to my kids loving Pizza Hut, but I will not be ordering pizzas here any more. Will have to change to Round table pizza or somewhere else until they bring back the good quality cheese.

This is a really good Pizza Hut. A few years ago when I was here for college it wasn’t very good but since then I guess they must have new management or something. Good customer service, food is good, and I’ve only had one issue with my order being wrong and they were very quick to correct the issue and quite gracious.
