Honestly, the best German food I have ever had. We started with the goulash and the cream of broccoli soup. We knew we were in the right place! We ordered the meatloaf-special of the day, a house platter-mixed assortment of foods, and the sausage plate. Every bite was pure joy. The best sauerkraut ever. I miss it already. We had to try the desserts so we tried the apple custard and the black forest cake. Yummmm! Be sure to book a reservation, they did turn a family away. Don’t miss this gem. 💎

A great place to enjoy authentic German food. The broccoli cream soup for starter was very nice, and the Gulasch with homemade Spätzle was great. The portions are quite big. The atmosphere is nice, the owners are very welcoming and he had a great humor :-).

We decided to eat at this restaurant because we wanted German food. As we read online, we called in advance to reserve a table. At this point I have to disagree with the negative reviews. The restaurant is not fully booked, but they still ask you to call in advance so they can calculate better. The food was exactly as we imagined it. A good German schnitzel and a delicious meatloaf. The waitress was also very nice to us and chatted with us in a pleasant way. We would definitely go there again and can recommend it to anyone looking for German food.
