It's a no frills starbucks by the beach. You're suppose to take your starbucks and go to the beach 2 minutes down the street. No seating, no bathrooms. It's a drive through with a glorified lobby.Drinks and food are solid.

I've come here 5 times so far and 3 of these times they've screwed up my drink by either forgetting an ingredient or giving me the wrong item. If I'm paying $5 for a drink and waiting at drive through than I have to turn around and come back to have it fixed, the time and energy and price are not worth it. Find another store to go to unless you're getting plain coffee.

Don’t expect to get what you pay for. If you pay $7 for a coffee just for them to chintz you on an inch and a half of your drink, I’d rather give my money to a small business in the area. The service was fine and the coffee tastes good, but I only come here for a special treat and it’s disappointing to order a large drink that can’t fill the cup. Our work put in an order two days ago and the same thing happened.
They don’t let you use the restroom. This is illegal per California law.

It appears that people are reviewing starbucks in different locations. The last one I went to was horrible. No inside seating and outside tables were filthy.I don't know where the highly rated starbucks near the beach is located. That sounds nice.

The manager who works in this place has the worst customer service ever !!! I wish I would’ve gotten her name. was very rude after just trying to ask about gift card that I got from this place was inactive all I was told is call the customer service # but with such attitude so I asked for manager she said “ I am the manager “ again with attitude so asked for someone higher and she proceeded to say “ she’s off today “ with attitude still no help at all she should not be working with the public or be in management at all

At 2:50pm September 10 I asked for a venti dragon drink and the cashier gave me some small ass cup I told her I asked for a venti and this mf gave me the same drink in a venti cup filled with a shit load of ice. Just so y'all know I'm talking about the drive thru cashier.
