I wish I could give zero stars. They completely messed up my order. I specifically ordered all vegetarian items and clearly mentioned that the food must be vegetarian. However, they gave us egg-based sandwiches instead. We only realized this after reaching the hotel, and as vegetarians, we couldn’t eat them. Very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend checking your order carefully before leaving, as they can easily mess it up.

Customer service is always good but honestly every time I come the drinks taste watered down. Tonight I ordered a matcha with modifications I got 3 pumps of vanilla syrup,1 pump classic and 5 scoops of matcha with strawberry cold foam. Tasted horrible:/ I could tell by the color. I didn’t go back because I do feel bad asking for a remake but at the same time I was really craving a good matcha..

It is a drive-through and outdoor seating. The staff is always good. There was a mistake instead of hot grande chai. I have been given a hot cinnamon ... latte. I was already on the highway.

Poorly staffed, communication between employees could use some work. Staff these poor guys better, they were way too busy to operate effectively. My 5 drinks were given to me cold after waiting 15 min for a mobile order made in advance.
The food is okay, and the staff are friendly, but the place reeked. I could smell it at the drive though. Rotten coffee beans, I think.

In general all starbucks are expensive,i never go to that place i bought a mr coffe machine n bags of coffe n i have all year of coffe, cuz make ur counts u probable spend 1000 bucks a year in starbucks n with my mr coffe n my bag of coffe i spend 30 bucks for 1 year so yea.
