Poorly staffed, communication between employees could use some work. Staff these poor guys better, they were way too busy to operate effectively. My 5 drinks were given to me cold after waiting 15 min for a mobile order made in advance.

This Starbucks location is bad. They never have any of the drink options. I use to come here for nitro and for the last 5 months they’ve been “fixing” their machine. Today I was told they didn’t even have regular cold brew. What kind of unprepared location is this? Last time visiting this

Back to back days I received a Nitro Cold Brew half filled, and twice they’ve put ice in the Nitro. I know the foam takes up some space, but I’ve never received a half filled cup anywhere else. Definitely not going back to this location.

Totally bad service specially, the man who was wearing glasses, he kept ignoring me like no one standing there. I was waiting there for 12 minutes even though my order was ready and it was on the side. I couldn’t fix it up because that man was ignoring me the one who is working preparing order, and she didn’t even bother himself calling another person to handle me my order.

I came in at 5 in the morning and ordered a hot drink. By the time I came home, I had noticed the drink had a little less than 4 inches of room in the cup. When there’s room in the cup I don’t mind, but this definitely seemed like the barista accidentally spilled a ton of the drink and just gave it to me like that.
