Visiting the campus with my child, he wanted a cake pop so I got in line in back of a student. When it was my turn, the cashier started taking orders from another line that had formed in back. Didn’t look at me even though I got in line at the same time as the student who she had called up first and I lined up in back of. She didn’t bother to inform if we had formed an incorrect line. So rude and waste of time.

My friend ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher and she says it was good, but it took foreverrr 😩. However, the woman with the orange ponytail was pumping out orders faster than any of the people working at the time; very impressive.

Charged me for extra soy and didn’t put any, asked for a venti got a tall ? I was a past Starbucks supervisor and these kids need training!

I ordered online 2 times spinach feta wrap when i went for pickup they told me they don't have it and replaced with other vegetarian sandwich. Second time i ordered susage egg and cheddar sandwich with no meat again when i went to pickup they told me they don't have and asked for replacement or refund i requested refund my money . There should be an option to inform online buyer that they are out of stock because usually people who can't wait due to work scheduals and other things they order online for fast pickup but if you go to store then they waste your time its not good .

I would understand if it was busy, but there weren’t many people. I ordered a caramel macchiato hot with cold foam, which I had to pay extra for. Then I received it iced, then I told the worker, and she told me I couldn’t get a hot coffee with cold foam with a nasty attitude (why didn’t say tell me that at the cash register so I wouldn’t have to pay extra)? Not sure. She remade my drink and it was wrong… again. Just thought it was funny and annoying.

Because they are so busy all the time they make big mistakes on a lot of the orders, it's really unfortunate when you pay extra for things and then don't receive it. You don't know till you've left and don't have what they owe you and you don't have time to go back and fix it.
