Placed an online order at 730, as app said store was open. Also there was a worker inside with all lights on. Pulled up to the speaker and nobody answered. Even though they were clearly in the store and it was after opening time. Had to cancel the order, but my money won't be sent back to my card for days. This is very disappointing. But most of all it's unprofessional and rude. Shut down the app if you aren't taking orders. Do better.
