Italian omelette was good but biscuits and gravy was not. Basic 2 egg breakfast with hash brown (asked for home fries and got hash browns instead) was oily and soggy. Waitress was friendly but everyone else couldn’t care less that you existed.

Great breakfast to start the new year! Party of 5 was seated within 10 minutes. Every plate was phenomenal, and the service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Staff made sure we had everything we needed. We shared the cinnamon roll pancake for a sweet bite at the end — so good! 10/10, a must-try. Great portions and a great overall experience

Went for Christmas Eve breakfast to what is clearly a favorite place for locals and I saw first had the reasons why. This clearly is a family owned business, with amazing staff and atmosphere. The service was friendly and efficient, and the best breakfast I have enjoyed in a long time. Make sure to add bacon to whatever you select, by far the best bacon I have ever had. Too bad I live on the other side of the country.

This place is great. There was no wait a we arrived an hour and a half before closing. It was still a bit busy, but we were able to pick out table. It's a nice place. They have paintings on the walls from local artist who are quite talented. There are also photos. All of which are for sale. A little pricey, but who can put a price on one art work.
We ordered which did not take too long. I ordered the French Toast Special. 2 eggs, 2 french toast, and 2 sausages. It was delicious. The sausages had a mild flavor which I liked a lot. Everything else cooked perfectly.
My sister ordered the Bacon Breakfast. 2 eggs with home potatoes, bacon, and sourdough toast. Again, her food was to her liking. She enjoyed it. She normally requests crispy bacon, which did not happen this time. She said it was delicious the way it was. Said it was a bit thicker so it was just right for her.
I chose The Breakfast Club because I remember coming years ago and enjoying the food, the atmosphere, and the service. And this visit was no different. Our server was on it. She was friendly quick, made recommendations and busy. I am sure I'll be back to The Breakfast Club on my next visit to Monterey.

I discovered this breakfast spot back in 1992 when I was stationed at Ft.Ord. I’m not surprised that this place is still open and filled with customers. The food is still absolutely delicious! S.O.S. Is my favorite! I also had the Italian omelette that was also delicious. Excellent service!

We came in for breakfast around 10 and even though it was so busy outside the service was so fast and the food came out super quick AND it tasted amazing. This gave me new standards for real. Rose was our server and she was so kind even though we knew she was busy. I want to come back here everyday.
