Not once was I offered a refill on water by the waitress, not once did she check on my party. Inspite of, I still tipped her 40% on $60.00 tab and she did not say anything after giving me my receipt. Very disappointed. I just believe when goes above and beyond, one should acknowledge that. Would love to hear management feedback. I’ve been coming to this location long before it was The Butter House. When they took over the building and opened the restaurant, it became well lit and welcoming. Great customer service, food and an overall fun atmosphere.
I will say one thing, when it’s extremely busy, it does get a bit noisy. I wish they could add some dampening on the ceiling.

I really really enjoyed my breakfast. I came Sunday at around 10:30 am. There was an hour wait. But since I came by myself I got seated immediately at the counter. I ordered the chocolate banana French toast with whipped cream, two sides of bacon, and two sides of eggs. Everything was delicious and I finished my entire plate.
