One of the few wings tops been to that the order was ready in 35 minutes. Usually, they take at least 45 minutes to a hour. Ordering online was a breeze and get a text for pickup confirmation. The staff were quick when got their and all the items ordered were in the bag.

They've messed up every single order I've placed here. Wrong fry order, boneless instead of regular, always forgets the ranch. Their wings are also very inconsistent in how they're seasoned or sauced. I usually never have this experience with other Wingstops.

Called the restaurant to speak with a manager bc I received an order through door dash that was severely uncooked meat/wings. After I asked to speak with manager, I was rudely told "I'm an assistant manager and you can talk to me". Explained my issue and was told "call door dash and have them submit order again". Called door dash, they resent order 2 times and wing stop cancelled both orders. ORDER YOUR WINGS ELSEWHERE IN MONTEREY, CA!! I will never order from this trash bad wing stop EVER AGAIN! Thanks to your "assistant manager" you just lost my business and hopefully much more!!

Went in to pickup my order today. The girl was asking me what name is it under all while ignoring me, knowing she was helping someone else before me... yet was giving me attitude from the get go. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, QUIT! Absolutely 0 customer service skills and very rude. I walked out without my order. I rather spend my money any where else.

Not sure why such low rating.... We do pick up dinner order from here almost every week and so far we had no problems with our order. Their wings are delicious and fries always tasted fine to us. Our favorite is garlic parmasan wings.

You might as well toss a coin. I've had wings that were superb and the fries cold and not seasoned. I've had wings cooked to extinction and fries were ok. I've never had a consistent meal with Wing/ThighStop. When the mood hits, just hope and pray it'll be at least decent.

It's a wing stop. But they never ever season fries enough. Have even asked for extra or on the side and I swear they put even less.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called in my order, arrived 20 mins later. Stood there for another 20 minutes and no on person working there asked if I had been helped or if they could help me. So I left, they called me 3 hours later to tell me my order was ready for pick up. Yeah that wasn't gonna happen!!! Unbelievable the way these people operate, I will never give them my business again. They sucked, in customer service shame on you!!!

Always a busy spot would definitely suggest ordering ahead and picking up. Great customer service and always clean. My favorites are Lemon pepper, Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan.

Came in for the first time and a young man, DJ assisted me. He had amazing customer service, never made me feel rushed and gave some helpful advice. The food was delicious but the service is what will bring me back.

Why can't I put zero stars?! I called in my order, was put on hold for 20 minutes, and when the employee came back on the line said sorry they forgot I was even on hold...then when my order was picked up by my son, they made the wrong flavor wings! Called them to inform about the mix up and refused to do anything about it...stating they said the order to my son, who didn't place the order and didn't know anything but to pick up the food. And when asked why they didn't put in the correct order in the first place, said I should've told my son what I ordered and hung up. Horrible customer service...won't be coming back here.

No COVID safety. Had me full my own drink after another person touched it even though the sign indicated to not fill cup. Asked cashier if I should be filling the drinks and just replied by shrugging his shoulders. At first assumed I was a dasher even though I had ordered pick up. Asked again to another worker, being Vanessa, if I should have filled my own drink. She replied no then told me to wait outside. Had no problem waiting outside for the entire process but don't tell me to pour my own drink then to get out. Vanessa didn't answer my question but gave me an excuse. Asked if it was a day to say thing for us to be pouring our own drink from here forwards, said I was early and that's why I had to do it myself. The staff was speaking loudly and using profanity from across the Front Of The House. Overall, no one seems to be trained on proper etiquette or Covid cleaning procedures. It looked absolutely disgusting inside. Soda machines weren't clean and expected for guest to reuse without cleaning it or sanitation by it.
