What a disappointment!!! Order take out & our wings were so dry and tasteless, ugh! I ordered the mild sauce and lemon pepper and they were ALL dry. So annoyed. Fries were cold, soggy and again no flavor. I’m honestly thinking they forgot to add flavor! Maybe!?! Because they were bad. You can see how clean my plate is because there’s nos sauce. This is the last time we will be ordering.

I ordered chicken strips online for pickup. I was quoted an estimated pickup time, however the order was not ready at that time as the establishment was very busy.
I only waited about 10 more minutes for it to be ready.
The food was hot and tasty, my favorite was the garlic Parmesan flavor.

They should say that it is cheaper to order through the app. I asked about the 20x20 promotion and they said it isn't there. Instead of saying order online, ONLINE IS CHEAPER.

Ordered food through DoorDash from this location. My whole order was wrong but I was hungry and it already took a hour so I TRIED to eat what was there. The wings were soo over cooked the bones were falling apart in my mouth I couldn’t even eat them. Most of the wings had so much feathers on it, it was disgusting to see. I’ve never had a wingstop be so awful before!!

We got our order delivered through the app and didn’t receive part of our order. We called into the store and were told we’d have to drive over to the store to either pick up the missing items or get a partial refund for the order. They wouldn’t issue a partial refund over the phone.

I wasn’t about to stop my late night study session to go get a partial refund after paying $10 in delivery fees and tip. Guy on the phone was obviously inconvenienced by taking me phone call and didn’t seem surprised when I said I had missing items.

The wings are usually solid, but do yourself a favor and pickup in perosn or order through DoorDash/UberEats directly so the delivery service can refund you for any missing items from this store.

My food is always hot and good but we all know the wings are delicious with the ranch sauce I get home and it was a disaster my ranch was all on the bottom of my bag maybe next time we can make sure it’s in a safe place

Order food with me and my 3 other friends. We order at the same time separate order and everyone got there's but me. I went up and ask if any of those bags had my name and they said not twice. We waited an almost an hour and my order was on the rack the whole time and my name was never said. This is the worst Wingstop to go to if you want your food ASAP cause this Wingstop fails completely with proper communication and awareness. Wouldn't recommend to even homeless people

While I am unsure if the management is aware, I have been trying to place an order, and the calls are continuously being routed to the automated system. I would be very grateful if this matter could be addressed promptly. It would be beneficial for employees to be trained in answering phone calls for orders.

The service has plummeted over the past few months whatever new batch of hires they brought in they’re disrespectful and unprofessional. Always in a rush, so god forbid you ask for your fries well done they will never come out well done I can assure you. Even something as simple as asking for two large drinks and they hand you two small cups, people at the front are generally pretty rude now.

Ordered online and when i got there they still had not made my food even though it was supposed to be ready. Waited another 20 minutes. Got home and the 20 wings i ordered were actually 4 chicken tenders. Their phone line is down so no way to contact them except but to go in. Avoid at all costs
