Steel cut oats came with walnuts dried cherries and brown sugar - it was delicious! Spicy breakfast sandwich was amazing. Kids thought chai latte was really good. Service was quick and friendly. Ambiance is fantastic - right in front of historic Free Public Library.

Avid is hands down the best latte in Sonoma County, and is a strong contender for best anywhere. It's rich, full-bodied, and delicious. It's honestly ruined me for coffee at any other coffeehouse. The service at the Sebastopol location is top-notch and easily surpasses that in both Petaluma and Santa Rosa, and I love how open, clean, and bright it is.

Super sweet staff here- probably the best!But WHY they close at 2pm every day is absolutely beyond me!So often I think, around 2 or 3pm, oh I should pop over to avid for a coffee!But no, they're closed!Hope they can extend their hours for that afternoon bump crowd. ☺️

This is my favorite go to coffee bar now. I also have the Bodega beans for my coffee at home. It is such a smooth coffee. They also have some sandwich options and the most recent one we tried was the spicy breakfast sandwich which will now become our go to snack. Try it, you wont be disappointed.
I come here a lot on the way to howarth park and it's one of my favorite coffee locations. The staff is always great and very fast. Only thing is that I wished I could get here early enough for a seat but that is my fault lol. Love this place

Truly delicious coffee, wonderful team members, great pastry. Avocado toast is delicious. This is a great place to meet clients, friends, or work for a few hours. My only wish is that they would stay open until 4pm as everyone needs their 3pm pick me up.

The lady who was teaching people how to run the store at the counter just said hello and ignored me standing there with my card in my hand trying to buy coffee after a few minutes i just turned around and left because it was pretty rude didn't even get to try the coffee but theres better spots around town Staff seemed cool but who ever that manager was should know you lost a customer!
